Actually I was ready to turn back and leave only I just drove in fron FL for a funeral. Had it not been for Damon i would have never checked in. No breakfast no pool ' blankets and sheets were full of holes cigarette Burns rips hand towels were dingy Gray sheets were full of burn holes I spilled water on the floor and went to wipe it up with a face towel and it was black from dirt no dressers no chess nowhere to hang clothes the pictures that I viewed in order to rent that room it was a bait and switch those rooms are nothing like what you get. It's a sense of false advertising!! Of course it will not allow me to add photos because it'll definitely incriminate them maybe my title horrified is a trigger word not allowing me to add pictures

Pictures and description on the internet totally misrepresenting.. We travel pretty extensively and this was one of the biggest disappointments we've had.. not very clean, amenities were at the minimum..not very well maintained.."see pictures" sketchy part of town with a lot of stragglers.. we won't be visiting here again.. The staff was awesome and totally took care of everything that they could for us.. but the complex left us feeling unsafe and dissatisfied..

Comfortable bed the room was small the shower and bathroom was small. The building needs to be updated the pictures do not look the same in the picture. I recommend staying there one night only.

Our room was not ready well after 10:30PM. I could not check in and I was told I couldn’t check in because there weren’t any keys to check us in. The supervisor had not provided the night staff with the proper materials to check in guest. Furthermore this hotel did not have any kind of elevator so if you have a lot of luggage or ADA disabilities, they are not within a coordinates of the ADA. The lobby smelled terrible and I had to call Expedia to get a refund and wait for them to contact the front desk And wait on the approval before I could leave. Meanwhile, there were people in the parking lot talking to things that didn’t exist although mental health is important , this was a problem for the safety of the guest and the police probably should have been involved. We did not feel safe at this establishment and we didn’t even get to the point where we could check into our room well after 10:30 at night. The hotel agreed to a refund however it will not show up for 10 to 14 days . This property looks nothing in real life like it does on the website although I booked from my phone quickly I expected the purchase to look exactly as the intent was released to the public. This place is merely false advertising. The owner / supervisor wasn’t even near the establishment and the staff member at the front desk did not have what they needed to take care of the guest.

Definitely the worst hotel I’ve been in and I’ve stayed at a lot of “cheaper” hotels. Doors all scratched to hell from dogs. Dog hair in the sheets. White “stains” on head boards which I assume may be a human bodily fluid. Plumbing strap holding the smoke detector on the ceiling. Water damage on the ceiling. And to top it off. A damn cockroach in the bathroom after we woke up sleeping with our clothes on lol. You’ll probably be shocked to hear I didn’t say anything to the front desk but when it’s this bad. The front desk already knows lol. I also was only there like 5 hours haha. Enjoy at your own risk!

I stay at a lot of hotels and this was far and away the worst one I’ve ever been to. The pictures need to be updated - hotel no longer looks like them. It’s run down, dirty and the staff pretended they didn’t notice. They offered to move me to a new room which was somehow worse than the first. 0/10 recommend. Awful.

I enjoyed my stay, the hotel was clean in the room as well as the rest of the property, staff were great and accommodating. Peaceful compared to hotels in this area. Will stay again.

I tried to check in to this property and the receptionist said that they did not take online reservations and he did not have record of our reservation. We were unable to stay and will be contacting Expedia. Luckily, there was a hotel 5 minutes away with a room available.

Furthermore this hotel did not have any kind of elevator so if you have a lot of luggage or ADA disabilities, they are not within a coordinates of the ADA. The lobby smelled terrible and I had to call Expedia to get a refund and wait for them to contact the front desk And wait on the approval before I could leave. Meanwhile, there were people in the parking lot talking to things that didn’t exist although mental health is important , this was a problem for the safety of the guest and the police probably should have been involved. We did not feel safe at this establishment and we didn’t even get to the point where we could check into our room well after 10:30 at night. The hotel agreed to a refund however it will not show up for 10 to 14 days . This property looks nothing in real life like it does on the website although I booked from my phone quickly I expected the purchase to look exactly as the intent was released to the public. This place is merely false advertising. The owner / supervisor wasn’t even near the establishment and the staff member at the front desk did not have what they needed to take care of the guest.

We liked where this hotel was located, however our room didn’t seem overly clean, we didn’t have any towels, the lady at the desk didn’t seem happy to be at work or wanting to help. It stated it was non smoking as well but the hallways smelt like smoke the whole time.

Hey, Rob did the hotel and they did not have a room for us. I received confirmation I will check and make sure it was not charged because we had to go somewhere else and pay four times the amount. So no I was not happy because we didn’t even get to stay in our room. They must’ve given it away, so it was not a good situation.

Pictures and description on the internet totally misrepresenting.. We travel pretty extensively and this was one of the biggest disappointments we've had.. not very clean, amenities were at the minimum..not very well maintained.."see pictures" sketchy part of town with a lot of stragglers.. we won't be visiting here again.. The staff was awesome and totally took care of everything that they could for us.. but the complex left us feeling unsafe and dissatisfied..

Actually I was ready to turn back and leave only I just drove in fron FL for a funeral. Had it not been for Damon i would have never checked in. No breakfast no pool ' blankets and sheets were full of holes cigarette Burns rips hand towels were dingy Gray sheets were full of burn holes I spilled water on the floor and went to wipe it up with a face towel and it was black from dirt no dressers no chess nowhere to hang clothes the pictures that I viewed in order to rent that room it was a bait and switch those rooms are nothing like what you get. It's a sense of false advertising!! Of course it will not allow me to add photos because it'll definitely incriminate them maybe my title horrified is a trigger word not allowing me to add pictures

1 of the worst hotels I've stayed in. Very unclean. The entire hotel (front lobby, hallways, room, etc) reeked of cigarette smoke. Cigarette butts in the hallway, on the stairs. Room was very dirty. Highly recommend NOT staying here! Advertised photos online are not accurate at all. There was no complementary breakfast or coffee available like the description says. Just a terrible hotel in general. Avoid at all costs!

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever been in!!! They didn’t have an elevator, no ice on the second floor, the room was blazing hot upon entry, the bed made terrible noises, the blanket smell like a nursing home, only had two pillows, covers had cigarette burn holes, THE WHOLE PLACE WAS DISGUSTINGLY GROSS AND I’LL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN!!!! My boyfriend and I were in town for a UT game and it was good enough for a two night stay. Just don’t look too closely at the floors, or curtains, or walls. There was a mold spot in our bathroom. Overall, the bed was clean, the area was safe, the shower had hot water and the air conditioner worked (a little too well as it was 58 in our room all weekend). It was 10 minutes from the stadium so we were able to uber to and from. Moral of the story, it was fine to literally just sleep here two nights but we will never stay here again.

The property was very clean and well maintained. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Housekeeping was amazing and very attentive to our needs during our stay. You can actually smell how clean the rooms are and you can see housekeeping using an actual mop and solution to clean the rooms. This is the number one place to stay! I do wish they offered more amenities. The pool wasn't open at any point during my stay and I actually stayed for about two weeks, so I'm hoping that will change at some point during a future stay.
