The hotel was exactly as shown in pictures online: unique and super impressive. The staff was amazingly helpful, friendly and accomodating. The bar was very nice. Breakfast was wonderful. The pool was WOW! The location is ideal. Our room was not air-conditioned so it was a bit uncomforable for sleeping. Other than that, a perfect stay. Go to Mel's for lunch or dinner. It is steps from Sacred House Cave Hotel.

Mutlaka görünmesi gereken bir mimari, hizmet ve güler yüzlü personel harika. Yemekler çok lezzetli, kahvaltıya zaten diyecek söz yok. Resepsiyondan Mustafa Bey her türlü talebe güler yüzüyle destek oldu. Ayrıca masaj için kendinizi Melek Hanım’ın ellerine bırakmadan dönmeyin.

Balayı çifti olarak düğünümüzün hemen ertesinde otele katılış yaptık. Tasarım açısından daha önce deneyimlemediğiniz bir yer olacağının garantisini veririm. Biz harem konseptli odada kaldık. Tasarım açısından harika bir otel. Çalışanlar sıcak kanlı ve her konuda yardımcı oluyorlar. Ufak bir otopark sorunu var fakat personeller hemen ilgileniyor. Kahvaltı harika. Akşam yemeği için de tavsiye ederim. Tekrar uğrayacağız.

This a unique beautiful boutique hotel. The staff was so kind and helpful. The car was parked for us. We were offered a tour of the property. The room was gorgeous. There are 23 differently designed rooms, wish I could have seen the other rooms. The pool is unlike anything I’ve ever seen.

Uzun bir yoldan gece saatlerinde ulaştık. Bizi kapıda karşılayıp, otelin tarihçesi, çevrede gezebilecegimiz yerler, guzel mekanlar hakkında detayli bir bilgi verdiler. Yeraltında ılık suyu olan güzel bir havuz bulunmakta. Her çıktığımızda odamızı toplanmış bulduk. Sabah kahvaltısı ve hizmet sunan personeli çok iyiydi. Arkadaşım 5 degil 6 yıldız vermek istediğini belirtiyor kendilerine. Güzel bir tatil geçirmemizi sağladıkları için teşekkür ederiz.

Otelin genel hijyenine ilişkin beklentimiz ne yazık ki tam olarak karşılanmadı. Kaldığımız odada belirgin bir toz problemi vardı; hatta tozların havada uçuştuğu fark ediliyordu. Bununla birlikte mutfak lezzet açısından başarılıydı. Ancak tüm bu deneyimi genel olarak değerlendirdiğimizde, fiyat–performans açısından alınan ücretin karşılığını tam olarak yansıtmadığını düşünüyoruz.

Erkek arkadaşımın doğum günü olduğunu öğrendiklerinde pasta ikram etmeleri, çıkış yaparken paket kahvalti hazirlamalari, bizimle o kadar özenle yaklaştılar ki hepsine ayri ayri teşekkür ediyorum. Otelin kendisi hem temiz hemde konforluydu. Mimarisi ayri hayranlik birakti, otelin konsepti harika ötesi. Yiyecekleri ve kokteylleri muazzam ve lezizdi. Çok memnun kaldık ve mutlaka bir daha gitmek istiyoruz, o kadar beğendik. Her sey icin cok teşekkür ederiz ❤️

Very nicely decorated hotel with very friendly staff. Everyone was very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was very good and varied. All Employees are so kind Sinem, Cagan, Mustafa, Gondol. they take care like family.never say No. About Property is very Beautiful. you can do your photoshoot. don't forget to bring your swimsuit. they have beast swimming pool. don't forget to take Hotel tour. he rooms were very clean. We definitely recommend the hotel.I will come again for a longer stay. I strongly recommend it.

The rooms Lobby restaurant bar basically every part of the hotel was absolutely amazing and very clean I’ve stayed probably in about 250-260 hotels around the world and I must say was one of the best hotel experiences I have ever encountered absolutely WoW a must stay

A unique hotel with great staff. However beds were hard, fireplace in the room not used but made it smell. Nightclub at hotel created loud music until 11:30pm. Pool was very cool and architecture was interesting. Staff very helpful.

Çok güzel bir otel konseptine bayıldık ama bir dahaki sefere başka bir odada konaklamak isterim çünkü banyo kötüydü su bastı maalesef onun dışında her şey mükemmeldi

Çok etkileyici, keyifli, özel deneyimler sununan harika bir tasarıma sahip bir otel.. hatta otelden fazlası kesinlikle.. yemek ve kahvaltıları da oldukça lezzetli. Sadece yatağımız çok rahat değildi küçüktü ve içine gömülme hissi veriyordu...odalar fazla sıcaktı, kalorifer ve klimaları kapatmamıza rağmen serin bir ortamı yakalayamadık.

It was the most amazing experience to stay in this hotel. The hotel’s concept is inspired by Dante’s Divine Comedy and put many references throughout the hotel. All of the staff worked as a team to make our vacation very pleasant and worry free. We didn’t want to leave the hotel and I guess that’s the only thing we can complain about it. Ms. Funda, hotel manager, was so wonderful and made our stay unforgettable; we are so grateful for the unique experience. We can’t wait to go back again.

Sacred House is an amazing next level Hotel. The experience is second to none. The staff is great and super attentive. Gondal took great care of us even giving us his personal number to address any issues we may have around town. The breakfast is amazing, nothing but great things to say about this place.

The property was beautiful, unfortunately the people staying in the room above us were very loud, partied outside our room till 5am. We called the front desk and also spoke to the staff the following morning, they said it wouldn’t happen again but the second night the upstairs people were loud again past midnight. It’s a little concerning that no one went to talk to the loud group and ask them to be quiet at all on the first night. They had guests come to visit, turned a stereo on and played musics till 4 am then stayed talking till 5a and no one from the hotel staff asked them to turn it off or be quiet. It’s not worth the cost to stay at a place where you can’t sleep. The food was good and the property was nice but it was our unfortunate luck to have the worst people staying at the hotel when we did. Would not recommend if it’s your first time in Cappadocia, stay at a hotel in Goreme where you will be able to see the balloons and will most likely not get loud neighbors.

The pool was WOW! The location is ideal. Our room was not air-conditioned so it was a bit uncomforable for sleeping. Other than that, a perfect stay. Go to Mel's for lunch or dinner. It is steps from Sacred House Cave Hotel.

Otelin genel hijyenine ilişkin beklentimiz ne yazık ki tam olarak karşılanmadı. Kaldığımız odada belirgin bir toz problemi vardı; hatta tozların havada uçuştuğu fark ediliyordu. Bununla birlikte mutfak lezzet açısından başarılıydı. Ancak tüm bu deneyimi genel olarak değerlendirdiğimizde, fiyat–performans açısından alınan ücretin karşılığını tam olarak yansıtmadığını düşünüyoruz.

Very nicely decorated hotel with very friendly staff. Everyone was very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was very good and varied. All Employees are so kind Sinem, Cagan, Mustafa, Gondol. they take care like family.never say No. About Property is very Beautiful. you can do your photoshoot. don't forget to bring your swimsuit. they have beast swimming pool. don't forget to take Hotel tour. he rooms were very clean. We definitely recommend the hotel.I will come again for a longer stay. I strongly recommend it.

Otel zaten adeta bir sanat eseri, her detayi dakikalarca incelemeye deger guzellikte… personel de cok guleryuzlu, saygili, yardimsever ve samimiydi. Hepsine ayri ayri tesekkur ederim :) Cok guzel karsilandik, odamiz hazir olana kadar ikramlar yapildi. Odamizdaki ikram sarap ve meyve tabagi da guzel dusunulmus detaylardi. Otelin kahvaltisi da aksam yemekleri de mukemmeldi. Elestirebilecegim tek nokta 2. gunumuzde yapilan oda temizligi. Hijyen acisindan sorun yok ama mesela oda terlikleri ve havlular eksikti, hatirlatmamiz uzerine yenilendi. Yatak da biraz ozensiz toplanmisti. Ortusu serilmeden birakilmisti. Gelistirilebilecek kisimlara ise sunlari ekleyebilirim. Infernoda havuzdan cikinca uzanip dinlenebilecek alanlar olsa sahane olurdu. Insan islak islak ordaki deri koltuklara oturmaya kiyamiyor. Bir de aksam yemegi menüsü birazcik daha cesitli olabilirdi. Ama yine de sahaneydi :) Ozetle, umarim tekrar yolum duser buralara ve yine bu otelde kalirim. Cevremdeki herkese gozum kapali onerebilecegim cok kaliteli bir yerdi herseyiyle.

The place, designed and built by an art-minded architect who based his concept in Dante’s Divine Comedy, is absolutely outstanding. The Hell section underground, built inside a cave, hosts a stunning pool, the spa and the hammam (Turkish bath). The Purgatory section (ground floor) is where most of the guest rooms are. Ours, Archangel, was gorgeous and featured a bathtub made of a single slab of marble! The Heaven section is where the bar and the restaurant are. Both are excellent and beautiful. Dinner was great, but breakfast was out of this world. The many delicacies they put on our table, even before we ordered, was memorable. I cannot stress enough the attention to detail in this place, which goes beyond the architecture and decoration to the staff itself. These guys arranged transportation, hot air ballon rides and area tours, and bent over backwards to make us happy. Sacred House is probably one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at and certainly one of the most memorable.

The rooms Lobby restaurant bar basically every part of the hotel was absolutely amazing and very clean I’ve stayed probably in about 250-260 hotels around the world and I must say was one of the best hotel experiences I have ever encountered absolutely WoW a must stay

This a unique beautiful boutique hotel. The staff was so kind and helpful. The car was parked for us. We were offered a tour of the property. The room was gorgeous. There are 23 differently designed rooms, wish I could have seen the other rooms. The pool is unlike anything I’ve ever seen.
