We just had my daughter’s birthday party here. They accommodated us wonderfully. We had a room with two queen beds and bunk beds! Quiet area, had the pool to ourselves and the pool was warm.

I paid $35 more and drove further because you advertise a hot tub. When I checked in and asked the desk clerk said it had a crack and they were told to take it out and they told you to not advertise it and You said you wouldn’t change add. I want my $35 back please. Pamela

I love that this hotel has no pets, smoking, vaping and Marijuana. It smells good. This trip, the night stand was not cleaned and neither were the bathroom floor. But it wouldn't deter me from staying again.

The hotel room was spotlessly clean down to the coffee maker and the top of the TV. Liked the couch with added couch table. Made it easy to work on my laptop without being stuck at a desk, though the desk and chair were fine.

The hotel was very clean, we always slept in so we never enjoyef the breakfast. We were always greeted very friendly by the staff and they were happy to get us fresh towels etc. Every time we'd walk in from outside the lobby smelled fresh and looked very clean. We will stay here again.

Beautiful European look with the wood floors in the rooms & beautiful carpet pattern in the hallway. There was also a nicely heated pool so no need for a hot tub. What a great experience. The breakfast could use a fresher touch & thicker waffle batter, way too watered down. But all in all we enjoyed our time here.

Quick and easy check-in. Both beds in our room were extremely broken down; had to use pillow to prop me up to keep from rolling off the bed! The pillows felt like the insides were distringrated; completely flat. Neither of us got much sleep. Could not get the room to cool down enough; it was way too hot!

Room was clean and quiet. Bathroom was clean; could use a little more water pressure. Thank you for putting the handicap bar at the back of the tub! Both beds were broken down which made it uncomfortable. Couldn’t get the room cool enough; it was always too hot even though the AC had been set at 65, then 64 and finally at 63. The temperature always stayed around 68.

The stay that I had at this property was certainly a mixed one. The room itself was decently comfortable and was a fantastic value. It was kept clean while I was there and kept me warm when it was quite cold. The location was also great as it is closeby to the interstate. However, that's where the good news stops because there are certainly some things that need IMMEDIATE attention, unfortunately. There were numerous times where NO STAFF could be found anywhere on the premises. This was definitely observable in the afternoons and evenings. I wanted to get something from the market area, and nobody was there. Additionally, they had tractor-trailers parked on the premises, and no accountability was present for them either. Even one of the drivers came in and grabbed a bunch of yogurts from the breakfast bar area. while there. Additionally, the staff (outside of the morning shift) barely or didn't speak English, and hence, it was a bear to communicate with them. For the value, it was a good buy, and I certainly hope they improve the next time I visit.

We had a minor issue during checkin. The room assigned to us hadn't been cleaned. The front desk was very responsive and assigned us a new room. Again it was a minor problem, but the hotel handled the issue professionally. They even provided us some chocolate, popcorn, and waters for the inconvenience. Thank you!

Staff members were friendly and polite. The hallways, common areas, and room was clean. The bathroom was clean well stocked with towels. A microwave and coffee maker were available and large size TV could be viewed from both beds. The breakfast had the usual fruit, cereal, juice, yogurt, biscuits & gravy, eggs & sausage, waffle maker, bagels, muffins, cream cheese, jelly, peanut butter, fresh coffee, tea and more. If that’s not enough. Bob Evans is within walking distance. The only thing that seemed out of place was the high pitched noise when the elevator was operating. I was there during the weekend so maybe a repair person had been called and the repair will be made Monday.
