The one issue that I have with this property was the pool and hot tub and the patio area was locked down with no furniture. It was 85* , perfect pool weather. The description should reflect this and not feature the pool in the add.

Recently underwent a name change (potentially also meaning an ownership change) which is pretty confusing when you arrive at night and all you see is "Red Lion Inn & Suites" in big bright letters. Has good potential, but also quite a few issues that were more or less easily avoidable - from non-operational light switches/lamps over noisy bums being tolerated on the premises to paint crumbling from the tub into the bathwater. Stay extensions are handled unnecessarily cumbersome. Tomorrow I will find out if the so-called "breakfast buffet" and "business center" actually exist. I have doubts.

The property was being worked on remolding and the rooms were dirty and found broken glass in my room on the floors. There was no pool or any services they advertise they require a deposit on the rooms by card only, the sheets were old and ripping and the hallway smelled like weed.the pictures showed on property is false they had black mold on the walls. I reqimand going to another place I wasted on two rooms bad vacation

Pool was dirty, with lots of dead mosquitoes. I complained, but by the time this was addressed it was too late to enjoy the pool, as it was now after hours. The spa was also broken, no heat. This was particularly disappointing, because the use of the pool and spa was one of the features that decided this facility over others locally.

The only issue I had was when I came back to the hotel around 9 p.m.—there was no parking available at all. Other customers were complaining about the same problem. Several large trucks with boats and jet skis were taking up about six parking spaces each. We informed the person at the front desk, but he said he couldn’t do anything about it. He suggested parking at the gas station, but warned that the hotel wouldn’t be responsible if our car got towed. This is a serious issue that the hotel needs to address, especially since we were paying customers and were left without a parking spot. I ended up having to park in a handicap space.

Pool and hot tub are not heated. The back door into the hotel is broken, door can be opened anytime with no key card. There was a parking spot covered in broken glass the whole 5 days I was there. The elevators say 4 people at a time, due to temporary permits in them that expired in 2017. Also no breakfast, and no where close that has breakfast. I was extremely disappointed with this property and would not recommend staying here.

Great price, but it costs. Nice place and people, everything is new or close to new, bed is still great. Lower than usual room service is the cost for a great price. And I'm OK with that. Same sheets for 4 days, 3 towels are enoughFloor of my room was not clean. Sticky in some areas, a paste/chewing-gum like stain in the entrance, some others stains, some liquid splashed on the wall mount behind-around the TV. Made me un confortable, I finally bought disinfecting wipes and cleaned the place myself. Floor included.

The room was "newly remodeled" however, there is no excuse for a "non-smoking" room to have such strong smell of cigarette. Staff not too happy w/my complaint, then offered a diff room, but it looked like it was in the middle of a construction site!! Ended up staying in the smelly room, since we were just going to spend one night. However, after we came back from our event at 1am, we discovered the hairs under the sheets. At that point, we couldn't do anything about it and just decided to deal with it. The parking lot felt unsafe, sketchy people around! While it is understandable that the hotel is being remodeled, the cleanliness of the rooms should be their priority. I wish I could've taken more pictures! It is definitely not worth the $200 p/night we paid!!! Horrible experience!!!

This is under renovation. Our room was new and clean. It lacked any table and chair to sit at, although there was a big space for it! There was a desk chair. There were no toiletries or facial tissues. The toilet paper is very far away from the toilet! There is a large space under the main door which let light in all night.

The room was okay. There were stains on the walls, and carpet. The bathroom fan was missing. Wifi didn’t work on my phone or computer and I think I was bitten by mosquitoes in our room. The staff was pretty friendly and accommodating and helpful.

As most of the reviews state the facility is clean But what it doesn't mention is the place is loud with very thin walls. So thin I could hear the room next to us turn on and off their TV, the Samsung sound chime. There is no carpet anywhere so the sounds just bounce around the entire building. It is a very restless nights sleep. The staff was friendly and the building was clean but there is no rest to be had.

The facility is clean and well kept. Front desk personnel friendly and helpful. You might consider asking for an interior room as we had a fair amount of road noise - Dodge Challengers and motorcycles, e.g. Room is clean but spartan. One chair, one bed. New tv and decent lighting.

Pros: 1. Budget friendly(was around $50 standard room) 2. Pretty clean for the most part 3. Spacious for the price range 4. Looks renovated(which is good!) Cons: 1. Noise level from the outside....i can hear people walking by my room. I can hear my neighbors talking in their room(and their TV), 2. Not the nicest area but also not the worst(its also next to gas station), 3. Room lights were pretty bright. Wish they had dimmable lights for night time. Maybe add a light curtain or window blinds for natural light(you can only close your curtain or open. If open, people can see you from outside) 4. Floors not the cleanest(feet dirty after walking around a bit). Other than that, its not bad. For the price, you cant really complain i guess.

1 st day we had to wait for 2 in the car cuz there was a problem with a boiler. We also asked for a t.v control they never brought one. 2nd we aaked for the control again and never came.and They didn’t taked the gabarge out. And they also locked us out our keys disnt worked.

The room had bugs in it !!! The day shift manager was nice and generous when I checked in . I dropped my bags and went out for the day . I can’t back around 3am to gather my belongings then start noticing bugs. The night shift lady was rude and hostile for no apparent reason. I tried to show her the video of critters in my room but she didn’t even want to look at it . I was very respectful and understanding but I didn’t get the same treatment.

The room didnt come with any body wash, shampoo, or conditioner in the bathroom. The hotel phone inside the room had something sticky and smelled. The room was okay but if you wore tennis shoes, they would squeak really loud. The front desk staff was training and check in took longer than anticipated. I found too many little things that gave me a poor experience compared to other places I have stayed. Dont trust it

First off I want to say Thank you to the front desk. They totally saved and helped us out with an early check-in. Everything about the hotel was great!! We didn’t find a single thing to give a negative review about. Plenty of options for food around the hotel as well as gas stations. The location was perfect for where we were going. Will definitely stay here again!!

Hotel is clean and neat. I have no complaints about any of that. I do wish they offered a bit more in the way of breakfast. And if I was going to be critical of anything, noise does echo in the hallway when people are walking and being loud during sleeping hours. But that's on poor etiquette on the visitors.

They’ve totally remodeled from when a red lion so clean and new but basic. No kleenex in rooms pillows only one type hard. They advertise breakfast but no breakfast only coffee. Bare bones clean but the basics. Get what you pay for

When we checked in noticed they were doing construction and the internet was out so no TV for an hour. The pool was closed hot outside, the chair in the room the arm was falling off, the tub only had one bar to get in and no others as well as no bars near toilet. Wife in wheelchair, only there one night so no big deal. No breakfast said they had not started it back up since COVID. Only had coffee, we don't drink coffee. Luckly there were a bunch of places to get food in the area of the hotel.
