I liked everything. My son and I had a blast in the pool. The temp was perfect. Signed my email up and was able to have late check out at 2 pm which was amazing. All staff were so sweet and understanding. I will absolutely stay here again...

Our stay was amazing, even though our room was handicap accessible it was one of the best rooms we stayed in. The bed was beyond comfortable and it had a heated indoor pool!!! The staff was super friendly and very helpful!!!

The staff was wonderful. When we got there we were told the indoor pool was closed (which is one of the main reasons we booked the hotel is for the indoor pool), the elevator worked half the time and our key pad on our door quit working. It just seemed like everything that could go wrong, did. But the staff was amazing!!

Stayed 2 nights.Our room was clean, modern & fairly large. Breakfast was very good with lots of choices. There was only one elevator which became a problem when a service call had to be made on the elevator as we were ready to check out. Had to carry luggage down one flight.

Very clean and quiet. Staff was friendly and helpful. Easy, close parking. Great for a business traveler such as myself, and I'll stay at this property again. The cardio machines in the fitness center were clean and well maintained, but it would be fantastic if they'd add a few free weights or dumbbells!

Rooms smelled musty need updating. The phone in the room was not working, and there was a loud party in the lobby that prevented us from napping. We had a long drive to get there and the booming bass from the music at the party kept us from resting. I called the front desk and was told that the party would end in a few hours, so it wouldn't keep us up all night. The answer should have been we will adjust the volume of the music. This is a Holiday Inn in a supposed quiet area - not a place one would expect to hear booming bass from a loud party on the first floor. The front desk staff was nice and friendly. The breakfast was ok - there was a good variety of options. The coffee was available in the lobby 24/7 and was good - fully stocked condiments for coffee too.

This is a very nice place with a bountiful breakfast. We were on the second floor and the noise from the guests above us was surprising and annoying. No insulation between floors? My advice is to stay on the 3rd floor & be respectful of your neighbors.

The staff was overly accommodating. The bed dipped in the middle and was the hardest thing ever to try to get some sleep. The entire stay we had people running above us from midnight til 5am. The shower was slick and dipped in the middle as well.

The young man at the desk was very nice and helpful. Everything was clean and the area was safe. The only thing bad was there was some metal pieces sticking out on the side of the bed that we were always skinning our legs on.

I didnt get much sleep. I was on the 2nd floor and can hear every step from upstairs. From 5am on. Also constant door slamming. Quiet hours not observed. Clean and staff friendly but i hardly got rest. It was unbelievably loud. I'm still tired writing this. I paid to get more tired honestly.

I booked a modifiable room but when i went to cancel the night I didnt need there were issues. I thought Hotels.com had taken care of the issue weeks before I went on my trip but found out when I got the hotel that Hotels.com has requested they change my reservation but the hotel manager denied that request and never followed up with anyone. I was told by numerous staff that since I booked a third party there was nothing they would do for me and next time I should book directly with them. I left the hotel expecting a phone call from the manager but after two days of no call, I called the hotel and was told by the manager once again that since i booked a third party they would not refund the second night they charged me for after l left, even though I paid a higher rate so I could modify my reservation. Its obvious to me that the manager at this hotel has very minimal customer service skills and I told her I will continue to book thru hotels.com because I've never had this issue with them before and I often modify trips when things change but I will be sure to not book this hotel ever again after I was degraded numerous times for booking thru a third party. Hotels.com was very helpful during this whole ordeal and I never had an issue getting ahold of staff unlike these poor hotel workers who have a manager that doesn't take weekend calls even if they were supposed to be on "on call"

The hospitality at this hotel is unbelievable. Every person we encountered during our stay made us feel like we were staying with family, from the young lady that checked us in to RJ and Claudia. They were so warm and engaging during breakfast. We saw RJ sitting with a couple when we were leaving, it was clear she truly cares about the satisfaction of all the guests that stay in the hotel. We were so impressed with everything about this hotel, but most importantly, the hospitality staff. They were truly amazing and made our stay like a home away from home.

This hotel exceeded all of my expectations! Having stayed at many Holiday Inns across the country, I have to say this was the nicest one. The welcome cookies and lemonade were wonderful after a long day traveling! The hotel was quiet, had modern decor and very nice amenities. The little extras like a personal grooming kit in addition to the standard make up removal wipes was very thoughtful! The hotel used high end shampoo, conditioner and body lotion as well. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable and I slept like a baby. Then the grand finale was the breakfast! Not just continental breakfast! They had healthy options like Greek yogurt. Bananas, apples. Oranges, a variety of cereals, big hot fresh cinnamon rolls. Cheesy omelets and potatoes as well as several meat options and a variety of good string coffee , decaf and several flavored teas and juices. They even had to go bags if you were in a hurry. Would most definitely stay here again!

Liked the large room. Bed comfy. Staff very friendly and helpful with getting us into our room early and giving info around the area / things to do while visiting Lexington. Did find a died bug in bathroom, staff responsive and did an extra clean to our room. Breakfast basic. Don’t recommend eating eggs and meat- resulting in an upset stomach.
