Laundry facilities could be updated to card usage instead of coins. Two washers and two dryers, only one works and takes a good 3 cycles for close to dry clothes.

Everything went well! Clean hotel, comfortable beds, friendly staff, enough parking, many breakfast options, nice pool and hot tub, close to Cedar Hill SP, many nearby restaurant options.

Hotel was clean. We waited 5-10 minutes to check in because no one was at the desk. It was windy and quite a bit of trash and blown into the pool. Overall, it was nice though.

Our stay was amazing. We love it since we saw the entrance, my kids loved how comfortable the room feel, also smells really good...the breakfast, gym everything so good...we will be back!!

ITS AN OLDER HOTEL THAT MAY HAVE HAD SOME UPGRADES BUT THE CARPETING WAS DIRTY AND THE HALLS AND ROOMS HAD A BAD ORDER. THE JACUZZI WAS COLD AND BOTH THE POOL AND JACUZZI WERE DIRTY. THE BREAKFAST WAS OK, NOTHING TO WRITE HOME ABOUT. WE WILL NOT BE STAYING HERE AGAIN.

It is just an old place. Staff were just fine, room carpet looked very old with some bad stains. We were the only ones in the hotel. Breakfast was average. Overall it is fine for a night or two it is just old place

The customer service was amazing. They welcomed us with friendliness. The room location was convenient. It was close to many restaurants and off the highway. The room was clean and they provided a pool with curfew. The staff was friendly about advising of the curfew.

The elevator was out of service. Hotel staff were not available. Very poor security

My 2 girls and I stayed there for 3 days and 2 nights while visiting friends. The room was comfy, clean, quiet and the breakfast was good, everything fresh. Everything in the room worked as it should and the only repair that is needed is the shower head. It looked like it had been replaced but wasn’t securely mounted. Nevertheless, it wasn’t a problem just an obvious observation. The towels were nice and fluffy, the beds and pillows were clean and very comfortable. Pool and hot tub were functional and the pool area clean. Overall a nice relaxing stay.

Upon arrival this hotel looked nice. The lobby and exterior are nice. Once I got to the elevator I could see the wear and tear. The wall near the elevator was scuffed and dirty. Arriving on the 2nd floor, it was very humid (likely due to the laundry room). I entered my room, next door to the laundry, and could hear very loud music being played at the pool. The bathroom was dirty and there was a live bug in the bathtub. I called the front desk to ask for extra blankets, the plan was to sleep on top of the covers because the room cleanliness was sketchy. The front desk advised me that they do not give blankets to guests. I was very disappointed, but decided it couldn’t be that bad. As I was cuddling in to go to bed, I saw something move. I turned the light on and there were bed bugs in my bed. Still trying to make the best of a bad situation, I moved to the other bed; more bed bugs. I packed my things and left the hotel at 1am. On the bright side, the overnight front desk lady was really kind and apologetic. The manager also gave me a full refund, and was kind as well, which I appreciate. However, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The first room they gave us was dirty, there was a condom in the trash, a dirty washcloth in the bathtub, then they gave us another room that was clean but it smelled really horrible. We had to open the window.

Front desk employees were all great. Room not so much. Air conditioner did not blow cold air. Walls are super thin. You could hear everything happening in the next room and in the hall. We were put right by an outside door that’s used all hours of the night. It was extremely noisy. No one got any sleep. The beds are NOT true queen sized beds. More like double standard sized beds. They are not comfortable. The room was stuffy and smelled weird. Like it needed to be throughly cleaned. Carpet was nasty. The photos listed are very deceiving.

We booked this as it had great reviews. No way! The lady head of me booked 3 rooms with handicap requirements. They had none for her. I booked a room and it reeked of cigarettes. Moved to another room that had dead bugs in sink, visibly dirty carpet and carpet fraying in multiple places. Second room ac didn’t work. We requested a refund that took an act of Congress to get and then took 5 days to post back to my card. Beware! I spent an additional 30.00 at a competitor and it was fantastic. Spend the little extra.

The bed and bathroom were good, but the room was smelly. I had to request to be changed to another room. One of the hotel receptionists came and agreed with me that the room had an unbearable stench. She consequently upgraded me to a suite which though also had an odor, was manageable. My friend’s room also was smelling. We consequently didn’t stay much indoors except to come back at night, slept and get away. Something has to be done about the odor which I believe was from the rugs. I will not recommend the hotel to anyone nor will I ever use the hotel again. I booked the hotel, and my friend is still mad at me for choosing the hotel. I spent the two days apologizing to him.

Hotel is old & outdated

Torn shades, subpar air conditioning, smelly hallway, carpet, bathroom showerhead rusty and broken, constant noise-sounded like trapped wind in the ceiling-kepr us up all night. Abandoned front counter both times I approached. I had to say "hellooooooo" I'm never returning. This is the worst comfort suites I have stayed at.

I got in late and had one person a head of me. If the check-in lady could have stopped flirting with him, the check in process would have been a lot faster. The room was ok but had a bright light that shines under the curtains. The hotel needs some work as well.

Ray at the front desk made me overlook all the negative in this stay. The rooms AC was terrible and barely cooled. The rooms are in need of repair, window was cracked and covered with tape, shower was dirty with mildew. We only stayed 1 night for a basketball tournament so it did the job, but over all felt dirty. One of the beds had crumbs on the sheets so I doubt they were changed!

Paid in advance for 4 days/nights. Otherwise we would have left after night one. Night one, just got into bed and found it was broken. Front desk had to prop up frame using paint cans. Another bed frame was brought in the next day. Broken toilet seat. Requested it be fixed but it never was. Toilet slow to drain when flushed. Had to keep plunger in bathroom. Room smelled musty and was not clean. Requested housekeeping service one morning, 11am, when we knew we would be out all day. Came back after 9pm and nothing was done, no towels, nothing. Front desk had to bring up towels. Lobby, from a distance, looks nice but when spending any time there the furniture is dirty and smells. They did a good job updating the exterior of the property but did not update the rooms or lobby. Jacob, at the front desk, was very polite, helpful and attentive. Jacob should be working in a nicer hotel.

The service provided was great. I asked for extra blankets due to my two nephews needing last minute lodging and was provided a rollaway bed. I thought that was so hospitable and considerate due to the situation. Everyone that assisted me in any way was very friendly and welcoming. Thank you guys so much!

Which neither one was near. Both different men were rude and seemed like they didn’t want to help! Breakfast was supposed to be ready at 7am and it wasn’t. The front desk was always empty.

Never received my deposit back and it’s been over a month. I stayed in on May 11-12 and is June 19 still no deposit they’re giving me the runaround. I’ll never stay there again.

Staff was unavailable for 20 minutes upon arriving to check in. I called individuals listed on hotel business cards at the front desk and all numbers were unresponsive or did not connect on the call.

Check in was slow, with only one desk person who had to handle a complex check in ahead of me. My check in, when it could happen (about 10~15 minutes after entering lobby), was relatively quick.

I booked a room last month. I tried to check in and was told that they are out of rooms. This has never happened to me before and I will never use this site again. This happened to several people checking in and it’s inexcusable. I expect a full refund.

staff is absolutely amazing so professional

Booked and paid for the hotel then came to check in and they said every room was taken but the worst part of it was the clerk was a trainee by herself with no manager or anyone helping her. So unfortunately being tired we drove all the way home. Waiting on a refund sad situation I do not recommend this place!

Convenient location

The property was ok for a short stay. The room carpet was unclean and unkept to even walk on. Customer services was friendly, but wasn't around most od the time and everything was far away from the hotel so u spent more money paying for transportation

Hotel was in a great area

Excellent location - considering the different parts of the Dallas metro areas I had to go to. The room was quiet (I slept like a baby. Really), and the access to nearby services (gas, costco, target, restaurants, etc.) could not be beat. This was/is a good choice for anyone coming into the area to consider.

Convenient, clean, and a quiet place to stay a short distance from department stores, restaurants, and service stations. Will stay here again when I'm in the area.

Property itself was in good shape. When I arrived, I was placed on the third floor, and the cigarette smoke was significant. I entered my room, and it reeked to Cologne, which I do not wear. I notified the maid, and she sprayed some scent it didn’t help, very upsetting my clothes stanked to cologne. Sunday morning 9 o’clock they were out of breakfast, no eggs, sausage, and a sticky waffle maker.
