Everything was great staff helpful and friendly, train station across the Hotel and easy walk to City Centre. Traveled from Canada had a great experience. Thank you A&O

First room was dirty. As a matter of practice they do not make the bunk beds between stays. A slight issue if traveling with 3 year old twins. Parking is extremely limited but there is an parking lot accross the street. No where to unload bags however.
