Let's be fair here about the four star rating - they were renovating some of the rooms and unfortunately the elevator was being fixed. As someone that needed the elevator, it was irritating. The hotel didn't know in advance that I would need it; there wasn't any notation. What is important is that they prepared a first floor room for my husband and me for the early morning. The front desk staff had been very professional and understanding. I really liked this hotel. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. I will definitely stay here again when I am travelling through Oregon. It was safe, the parking was convenient, and close to everything.

The hotel and staff make this a wonderful choice. In the final stages of renovation. If 4 flights of stairs is a deal breaker for you be sure to secure a ground floor room in advance of making your reservation. There is no elevator at this stage of renovation.

It was noisy because we were by the freeway. They had just finished some renovation and not everything was in place.

The staff is always very nice here! Super friendly. Breakfast was really a nice spread of hot and cold items and was very good! The cook even came out to see if we needed anything and see if everything tasted ok. We were given the option of what floor we wanted so we chose the 4th since it's the newly renovated floor. Our lights didn't work above the sink so made it difficult for 2 females to get ready w/o that lighted mirror. We did tell the staff but nobody came to fix it the entire weekend we were there. I like that there is a frig and microwave. The property is very safe. I usually like to stay here when I'm in town and will continue to do so.

They are in the process of redoing their rooms. We went into the new rooms and it looked clean and fantastic but it did have a strong new carpet, new paint smell that we could not endure so they were very accomodating to put us in the outdated room. It definitely needs an update but we were able to sleep well without the newness odors. The breakfast was great. The lady that made sure everything was stocked was very kind and sweet with a smile on her face. I would definitely come back.
