The Casablanca Miami Beach

The sheets had stains on the when we arrived. The room was outdated but for the price we did kind of expect that. I was told we would have to pay extra for any additional sheets however when I told them they had already started out looking dirty they finally gave us new, but that was several nights into the stay. Most staff didn't speak english so there wasn't great communication or friendliness. It was nice to have the pool and beach within walking distance. Windows would open but no screens which was disappointing because if you wanted fresh air there was a fear of birds flying in. We also had a decent leak from our AC unit running down through the drywall causing it to bubble up and pool on the floor which caused me to slip and fall.

The location was good, but the hotel was not. It smelled bad and it was very outdated. The room was very outdated and the cabinets smelled bad and they were falling apart. The advertisement on Expedia was incorrect. It sad that they have heated pool, which was important to us during the chilly months of the year and in fact they had an extremely cold pool. On the web-site it said that parking is 15 a day but they actually charge 35 per day instead. Based on the conditions of the hotel, service and misrepresentation of advertisements I wouldn’t recommend it.

The hotel is in excellent location and has a good customer service. Even the bathroom was leaking in arrival, it was quickly restored

The location is excellent — first ocean line with direct beach access. Unfortunately, the room was extremely dirty. The windows were very dirty as well, so it was impossible to properly see the ocean. The towels were stained, and the bathtub was peeling. The shower did not switch modes properly. All the dishes were greasy and had dried food stuck on them. The internet connection was terrible and very unstable. There was absolutely no soundproofing. I could clearly hear my neighbors’ conversations as if they were in my room. Overall, the location is great, but the room condition and cleanliness were very disappointing

Room was very rundown and unclean. Whole apartment complex/hotel needs renovating. Location was great and right on the beach. Easy access with busses from the city centre and airport.
