In October, the woods turn golden, and from October 25th to November 15th, you can enjoy the Truffle Festival. December brings prized black truffles and Christmas markets in nearby villages, with a cozy fireplace waiting after your winter walks. Book several nights to truly experience the area: join the saffron harvest, take a new motorcycle trail each day, return for a truffle hunt, and taste garden-fresh produce picked in the morning. A week here lets you truly discover the Marche. Lavender is the soul of this place: it blooms every year, coloring the landscape purple, and from the artisanal harvest come floral water, essential oil, and fragrant sachets. The 19th-century farmhouse still has the family mangers. The farm is lively and generous: Marrans hens, artisanal honey, hand-picked saffron, its own vineyard, olive trees, and seasonal vegetables, all available for purchase on site.
