The flat was in a 4th floor with no lift. No aircon or heater. We did not have toilet roll neither. The apartment had hair from the other guest in the floors and the bathroom. Communication with the team was good and the staff very friendly.

lamentei o não fonecimento de toalhas de banho, e tiveram muitos ruidos do apartamento acima em horarios como meia noite, de madrugada, todos os dias da estadia. O restante o apto estava limpo, organizado e com lençol bom, travesseiros bons, e utensilios novos. Somente uma das camas estava como colchão muito ruin, com sobressalencias. A avaliação é positiva sobre o flat!

Muy básico, sin ascensor y sobre todo me parece que entrada 16h y salida a las 10h te priva de mucho tiempo de disfrute del apartamento. Llamé al alojamiento para intentar entrar antes pero no movieron un dedo aunque no tenian otras salidas para limpiar los apartamentos. Lo de que te tengas que llevar las toallas del baño también es un punto en contra.
