I understand that this is an old hotel. The rips/tears on the sofa definitely made me not want to sit on it. The shower was a dribble that was alternately boiling hot then icy. I kept my shoes on because the floors seemed greasy so I didn’t want to attempt standing on the carpet. However, the hotel staff were predominantly friendly and polite. Best asset was the parking.

The comforters had a bunch of burn holes in it, there were birds flying around the inside of the “hotel”, every glass door was broken, had an odd smell in the room, no elevators and when I got there I got up to my room and there were people already in it and the door was propped open. Terrible. Would never go back. Got catfished.

No Air conditioning in Hallways, No elevator, rugs in hallways musty. Safe non working. Breakfast horrible, blood on bed comforter and sheets. TV non working. Front desk does not seem to care about complaints.Asked for an extra pillow was told no. 🙄 Water was barely warm and no water pressure. Floors was sticky and dirty. Had to wear shoes from shower to bed or feet became dirty. Even the furniture had drawers missing and broken. Glad I was there only weekend wouldn't stay any longer.

There was nothing unique in property over all i have bad experience cause: They dont have any ramp so i can move my luggage with cart.brakefast was not good at all even though we eat it no choice at all thay just serving right in alley not in room. Paid 60usd for early check in for 3 hours Which i feel bad cause i my life no hotel chain charged me just for 3 hour 60usd. Check in time the guy was bit rude to me Cause he was serving me and meantime he was on the phone and i ask him either you serve me or handle phone call and he ask me i can cancel your stay. And my family feel bad.

Shut this place down / NJ Board of Health- where are you? Cockroach infested/ filthy / horrible smell/ the door was kicked in and didn’t shut properly Photo showed hot tub in room- ofc there was NOT one- there was literally something floating in the toilet- immediately asked for a refund and was told to email the company- had to drive to CT to find a clean room in the middle of the night

Horrible, everything is dirty and smells like smoke, the blankets were all full of cigarette burns, sink and tub would not drain water it’s all disgusting . Shower didn’t have hot water, front desk people super unfriendly. What’s shown online is absolutely not what the hotel looks like and it’s in fact s motel and mind you this was not cheap, I chose this one because the pictures looked decent and I needed something close to MetLife i absolutely do not recommend I also did not feel safe at all

Absolutely horrible. I had to get a refund the next day I was on the phone for a couple hours trying to do so. I got the to room and the hallways reeked of smoke. Then I went in the room and there were blood and pee stains all over the bed. There were also dead bed bugs and crumbs all over the bed. Left and went to Hilton

Cockroaches were there every where(bathroom and under beds). Bath doors had mold due to the moisture content. Breakfast starts at 7am and ends sharply at 9:30am, we couldnt able to take breakfast for few days due to the inconvenient timing. Breakfast options are limited to one type bread/bagel, cereal options with milk and a juice station. Apples are there to grab and no other option.

the room was clean, but did not match the description or the pictures used for booking. the TV remote did not work, at all. i told the front desk, they assured me someone would be along to fix the problem. no one ever turned up. in the middle of the night, i almost slipped in the bathroom, because there was a leak from the ceiling onto the floor.

My stay was not so great due to the noise in the next door rooms. Let’s just say that the walls were too thin and from one room I could hear a couple making love and from the other side a drunk party. I would not recommend for families to stay here.

This property is advertised as a hotel but it’s a motel. Our toilet wouldn’t flush several times during our stay. The couch in the room was old and very tattered. The carpet had tears in them and the furniture was all very old and used. The room was also very musty and the bathroom wasn’t very nice all together. Not satisfied with the property at all.

The bathroom sink the water pressure was almost nonexistent. There was no water at all in the shower went to the front desk three times to complain. They finally fixed the second day still could not take a shower because the tub wasn’t fixed. They replaced the faucet on the sink. This is unacceptable and I will not recommend them to anybody else. It’s no sense in going to a place you can’t wash your face. There was barely enough water to brush your teeth and you couldn’t take a shower. The room was nice and clean. It was made up every day but my main problem was the water thank you very much and I will not recommend to anybody.

Front desk was not there. Waited 45 minutes until he finally showed up. 5 people were waiting as well. Gave us room, but didn’t let us pay. Went to our room, 10 min later he comes to say we have to take everything out of room and come pay. Then proceeds to give that room to another person.

After reading reviews I was a little worried but while the hotel has seen fresher days, it delivered. The room was quiet and reasonably clean. It’s within walking distance of an express bus that takes you to Manhattan. Quick and easy. Staff was extremely nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend for this price point.

There were sharp metal pieces that you could not see sticking out from under the bed and I walked into one and got hurt and cut bad on my ankle. Apparently the bed was not on a proper frame they said they would refund the stay and never did.

The room was not clean, and the service was poor. We requested cleaning in the morning, and the staff initially said they would take care of it right away. However, when we asked for a few more minutes to finish getting ready, they told us we had only five minutes, but then immediately insisted we leave. We went out for breakfast and returned an hour later, only to find that the room was still dirty. When we asked why it hadn’t been cleaned, the staff returned to clean the room but seemed irritated.

Nice place! You can take 165 bus( in front of the hotel) and this express bus will take you to Times Square (30 minutes aprox) The manager or the responsable it's very rude not a good service at all but the only thing we need it was a room to sleep so overall it was good .

Photos were misleading. Thought I bought the jacuzzi room but when I got there, I was told that room would be an additional $150. There were a lot of strange sounds and banging noises throughout the two day stay. We found fake eyelashes on the sink and bed. The key card hardly worked and we needed to get it re programmed in the middle of the night. The area is ghetto and feels unsafe as well as seeing prostitutes.

You get what you pay for I suppose. The hotel is very rundown the bathroom was dirty and covered in hair. The sheets felt very cheap and had stains. Their “breakfast” was cereal and bagels, shouldn’t be considered an actual breakfast. I will not be returning.
