Hot tub advertised but there was none. Pool to small to swim in. Carpet very dirty. Toilet not anchored properly. No housekeeping service for second and fourth day. Dirty towels were not replaced - I had to ask the clerk for clean towels every day. Printer in business center didn't work. Staff not eager to accommodate. Breakfast selection very small. Would not recommend anyone stay here.

The ladies at the front desk were awesome but unfortunately my gf and i wanted a moms night away and to relax in a hot tub and the hot tub was broken. We were really disappointed it was not anywhere on the website. The pool was also dirty. So we were stuck in our room for the night.

Booked based on amazing pictures of property, but in reality not that amazing. Hot tub was tarped off with a fence around and not functioning. Pool was too cold. Workout room missing a bunch of weights, and drinking fountain didn't work. Son let front desk know and asked if they had any other water available. She offered to charge the room $3 for a bottle. When we came down for breakfast, we saw another drinking fountain near the common area. Breakfast was ok, but not as great as advertized. Ice machine on our floor didn't work, hot water took forever to get and almost lasted for one shower. No working exhaust fan in bathroom. Bed hard. Won't stay here again.

Moldy bathroom ceiling and room smelled like mildew. Hot tub was out of service. Pool area ceiling had part of it that fell down with black mold showing where boards were missing. Breakfast was awesome, large selection of hot food !

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly, but we were told the pool was heated and it wasn’t also the hot tub was blocked off. Others said the hot tub is always blocked off and not working. We went there because it advertised the heated pool And wonderful hot tub. So I was disappointed that we couldn’t use those.

Hotel staff was super friendly, breakfast was ok. We've stayed here before but it appears more run down. One elevator didn't work, the hot tub was closed, the exercise room had no weights between 5-35 lbs. In our room, the light above the counter didn't work, the outlet didn't work and the outlet on the lamp didn't work.

Checked in was easy and without issue. First room i was given had no power to room with whirlpool. Second room was fine. Pool was shut down and drained and was not disclosed until after check in. Staff was profession and friendly. Resolved room situation quickly.

Hot tub was not available. Elevator broke several times in 2 1/2 days. Had to be moved to another room because the plumbing was broke. The new room had lights out and another plumbing issue that was somewhat tolerable. We were woke up around 11:30 pm on Saturday night by loud and obnoxious guests, and when we called the desk they did nothing. Pool was filthy. Would not recommend to anyone.

Door was hard to open or close, didn't latch properly, gym was missing weights, laundry systems were set up in a way that made it difficult to transfer clothes from washer to dryer. Toaster didn't toast evenly and had to toasted twice to get a golden toast.The pool bottom felt like sand-like debris.

The hotel staff were wonderful, especially Rana. We got to check in and were told the pool was open but the hot tub was permanently closed. I do wish they would’ve removed it from their website or at least stated that on the website. The ice machine was broke on our floor for the first 2 days during our 4 day stay. The first room the tv was missing so they move us to a different room then the iron was missing in the second room but they quickly got us an iron. The breakfast was great! The pool was nice.

Really enjoyed our stay. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast was hot and plenty of choices. The location was convenient and easy to get in and out. The hotel was very clean - both the room and the common areas.

Bedbugs in the room and stained carpet. When the front desk was notified and asked to be placed in a different room, they refused. When we asked for some compensation, they refused and stated to resolve the issue with Expedia since the booking was made through them. Overall disappointed with the experience.

Stayed here a couple of years ago. Coming into town for a week. Realized quickly this property has gone way down, pretty beat up. Dirty. Housekeeping came one day and not the next. Very disappointed with the quality of this hotel. Staff was pleasant and accommodating considering what they have to work with. Will not return.

Room had food splatter on walls , sheets stained and drawers would not stay shut. Kid at desk when I checked in barely looked up and barely said a word. Weird even for the iPhone generation. Breakfast was good and eating area clean and comfortable. The woman there was nice and spoke.

Very quiet hotel on weekdays. Just a few business travelers, or seniors. Gets busier on weekends when families arrive. Rooms are clean and spacious. The breakfast is really good. Many selections. Great location if you are going to the Roselle, Hanover Park, Bloomingdale, Carol Stream, Itasca area. This is your best option for a hotel in that general area.

Front desk staff was very friendly. The room was not in good condition. Drawers were broken, ceiling tiles were damaged. The bathroom had no exhaust fan and there was condensation on all walls and ceiling. The bathroom door was damaged and the toilet stopped working during the night. The hallways and by the elevator were littered with debris. Overall was not a very well taken care of and I would not recommend this hotel.

The family suite was spacious and nice for a larger family. The rooms are old and outdated but it was clean. We had to move from the first room because the main light would not stop flickering. In the second room, there were only two sets of towels So we had to request more. Overall the state was fine but I rated down one star because of these inconveniences.

Overall rate is 3 out of 5. The suite we stayed in did not have a TV in the whirlpool/jacuzzi room (the pictures on the website showed that there was a TV mounted on the wall) the suite was a little dusty when we checked in. Our bathroom door did not lock correctly. The hotel staff very nice. Decent free included breakfast

I was there Sunday through Tuesday & the television didn’t my entire stay. I called the front desk (after check in) I was told maintenance would have to take care of it. Went about my business the next day told the front desk again it wasn’t working and again told maintenance would have to take care of it. It was never fixed & no one seemed eager to fix the problem.

This was the most horrible hotel stay we have ever had. We got woken up at 1145pm to what sounded like people jumping from beds and landing on floor i called front desk 6 times no answer went down she was on her cell phone i told her what happened she smirked and tried calling that room then nothing. Then when i went back up to my room got to my floor greeted by 15+ people screaming running up and down our hallway !!!! To top it all of our locks for inside our room did not work at all!!! When i complained this morning to front desk when they asked how our stay was his response was " well if i could control everyone i would." Are you kidding me!?!?! TERRIBLE!

We actually arrive a night early for our trip and Erica was very accomadating and found us a room at 2:00am. She was very kind and helpful. We stay here a few times a year and really like this hotel.

There were a couple hiccups like our toilet overflowed for no reason and the hot tub was ice cold. However as soon as the problems were reported, staff began working immediately to fix the problem. The real problems were that the older night manager was extremely rude to me when i was purchasing water at night. Additionally check out was at 12pm, yet at 9:30am a maid knocked on my door for about 2 seconds and then opened my door before I could even get out of the chair to respond. Entering the room before checkout time and not even waiting 10 seconds for a response is ridiculous. What if i had been undressed or not in the room, were my belongings safe? It was upsetting. That said everything else about our stay was good. We stayed for a total of four nights.

Pros: I forgot to pack the kids toothbrushes and the hotel happily provided us some. The rooms were fine. Cons: The pool and hot tub were very disgusting to the point that I didn't go in. There was lint all over in the pool and on the floor. We went from a Saturday-Sunday. I figured it would be cleaned by sunday. We waited to get in the pool since it was closed and they had people in there cleaning it (I saw with my own eyes). They left... and we go in and the water is still cloudy and there was so much lint floating that there is NO way they didn't see it and the day before you couldn't see your feet about 3 feet down. It didn't smell like chlorine either. The pool towels also looked dirty too. The pancake maker was broken and the sign is so small, that everyone pressed the button and waited thinking it was working since we all missed the 2x3 table tent sign. A bigger sign would be best. Wish they had a waffle maker.

Friendly staff, clean, nice amenities. Room was nice did have a few small stains on the carpet, the seam point in the carpet was frayed and the closet door was off it's roller but everything else was nice and clean. Complimentary breakfast was decent nothing fancy but definitely nice to have. Would definitely stay again if need be.

Pictures were VERY deceiving, our room had a ton of damage, carpet was gross and stained everywhere, there was no hot tub like advertised ( we drove over 800 miles and specifically booked for the hot tub ) we found nails and screws laying on the stairs that anyone could’ve stepped on, key cards wouldn’t work half the time, the also charged a $50 hold and was told it would go back on my card the next day to find out it’s 7-10 business days, the milk was bad and expired that they served in the complementary breakfast. Pool area the ceiling had a lot of damage and the torn down wood was laying on the floor in the pool room. The front desk staff were very rude as well . Would not recommend this hotel to anyone as there pictures online are not the condition the hotel is currently in.
