Day Staffs the only reason I came back. Patel family is amazing and support local businesses and family. I just wish the bad stuff didn’t happen this trip with inconsiderate guest yelling from 2am-6am triggering multiple cop visits thru the night, doors slamming, poor desk girl n my girl were both terrified of the situation and triggered her PTSD bad and we both ended up with no sleep and had asked to file a complaint and talk to management but the management on duty basically said there was nothing that could be done about it because it was another guest disruptions not the hotels fault that we spent 300 to not get any sleep while house was unusable after the storms on Tuesday and not having power. We just wanted an escape and I work to hard as a manager to be treated this way and spend my hard earned money and be talked to the way I was when politely trying to complain and compliment my stay to the boss.

Stayed 1 night

The smell of mildew and mold was very prominent the entire stay. The side entrance door by our room did not function properly at all, it did not lock. Nothing was available to use the exercise room, the pool, nor was there any breakfast. We were awoken around 1:30 AM with fire alarms and made to evacuate, the building due to weed smoke that had been going on all day with no actions being taken. When complaints were made we were asked if compensation for the lack of sleep and risk to my family and a lot of the other guest were acceptable. The feeling of being dismissed with assurances of full refunds, but nothing has ever come through at least for me is very disappointing and upsetting. My daughter was there for a AAU basketball tournament and she did not get sufficient sleep (the entire point of staying at the hotel)

This hotel is disgusting. People hanging around outside/inside of the hotel. As soon as you walk into the room it takes your breath away due to the smell of musty mold. The window seals are full of mold, you can see on the walls they have painted over the mold. The walls by the entrance door are covered in black mold. The beds are so small they definitely do not fit 2 people unless they are under the age of 5. The lock on our door was falling off unscrewed barely hanging on. There was a roach in the room. The tv in the room didn’t work, the ice machine was broken. The laundry room is out of service. The breakfast was ice cold when telling staff they just ignored you. The entire room was not up to par. By far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at and would not recommend this at all.
