The condition of the room was bad, a chair was falling apart, we could smell where people had smoked in the non-smoking room, and fairly certain we got bedbug bites. We cancelled our return stay there.

I fell asleep, with the light on and awoke after 1.5 hours. I opened my eyes to see a little bug crawling out from under the sheet on the opposite side of the bed. I took the bug to the night manager, a woman, who said they didn’t have any other rooms available. ( as if I could sleep in another room), and she “couldn’t do anything until I talked with my manager”. I checked out and ended up sleeping in my car at the Walmart in Oxford. I have received no contact from this hotel. They have all my contact information and I sent an email, (October 31, 2023), requesting a refund and have not received a response. Horrible customer service!!

Convenient for s stay right off the highway. Some nice, small town restaurants nearby. Room was clean. On the other side, the maintenance in the room was not good, couldn't close the bathroom door, tiles were cracked, old carpet. Complimentary breakfast was coffee, cereal and a few sugar pastries.

The room was spacious and clean. I think a change of carpet would really make it “fresher”. Bed was firm but comfortable. Nice hot shower. Even though there was a sofa in the room, it really could’ve had a desk and chair for more seating. A breakfast offering would help. Great value for the money.

Clean rooms, staff was excellent, and the area felt very safe. I have stayed a total of 4 times and 3 of those as a solo traveler while relocating to another state. Absolutely would stay again when traveling. The only negative there isn't much around close for food. So plan ahead if you need a meal and bring a piece of fruit for the morning.
