The 3-bedroom villa features 1 double bedroom, a quadruple room with single beds, and a room with a nest bed. They all share 2 bathrooms with bath and shower, free toiletries and hairdryer. The living-dining room has a
flat-screen satellite TV, DVD player, and has direct access to the swimming pool.
The modern kitchen includes a fridge, microwave and oven. There is a dishwasher, a washing machine, and ironing facilities are also provided.
Set in a quiet area with views of Los Ajaches, La Granja is a 10-minute walk from Las Coloradas Beach and from the seafront promenade. Popular Marina Rubicón, and Papagayo Beach are both 2 km away. A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.

Please note that pets under 4 kg are allowed in the property.
A security deposit of EUR 150 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
A cleaning service is provided as follows:
- For stays of up to 7 days the property will be cleaned after check-out.
- For stays between 8 and 15 days a cleaning service and change of towels and bed linen will be provided on the 7th day and property will be cleaned after check-out.
- For stays of more than 15 days a cleaning service and change of towels and bed linen will be provided every 7 days and property will be cleaned after check-out.
