Best Western Roslyn-Long Island Hotel

Room 328 - One of the black out shades did not close all the way. Therefore, light came in at sunrise. Also, the outlet in the bathroom is not usable. The lighted mirror installed blocks the space for the plastic around the prongs of the plug. The lighting in the bathroom was awful. The noise from the busy street was loud - we asked for a room on the backside of the hotel, but the staff member brought us to a new room that was still facing Northern Blvd, so she did not know the bldg layout. When we came back one night and the lobby and elevator reeked of weed. All in all, no interest in returning to this hotel.

Adequate hotel. Clean and quiet . Staff were pleasant. Room smaller than Manhattan hotel rooms . Loved the keurig .My one frustration is that I requested later checkout when arrived. Staff member no problem but failed to enter in the system. So front desk was calling in the am thinking I forgot to check out . It was corrected after I spoke with them that morning. Plenty of parking in garage on site

Overall experience was great, staff are very friendly and accommodating. One thing that I need which is not available is the laundry service as I stayed longer than couple of days.
