Wonderful location, like seriously close to everything. The biggest challenge to understand is that while it says the unit is on the 4th floor, because ground floor is 0, it is actually FIVE floors of steps every time you go to the room. So even grabbing a coffee and croissant, I was out of breath by the time I got to enjoy it! Also, know that in the shower, ONLY the handheld shower wand functions, there is no overhead shower head. But whatever, that's a small price to play for staying where we did, and getting to know this amazing city. Staff is wonderful and attentive!

The flat was advertised as having a small washing machine and dishwasher. When we arrived, the old washing machine was out on the landing because they had just replaced it. Over our first few days we did a couple small loads of laundry and it turned out the washing machine was installed incorrectly, draining into the dishwasher. We didnt have many dishes so had been hand washing. Turned out the sink also drained into the dishwasher. After a couple days the dishwasher leaked the gross drain water all over the floor because the flat is VERY uneven - the floor slants heavily to one side. The water stunk. We cleaned it best we could with the two bath towels. Host was responsive and the mess was cleaned while we were out that day. No communication from them until late morning the next day saying dont use the washing machine. But by then everything seemed fine to us so we had done another small load and a few dishes, and it all leaked back into the dishwasher and all over the floor again. They had not actually fixed the issue so the entire kitchen plumbing was essentially not functional for our stay. Very annoying and negatively impacted our time in Nice. We respectfully requested a partial refund and were ignored. Also, there was black mold throughout the shower and the only blanket was a very stained duvet without a cover. Another blanket was provided when we asked. Multiple cabinets broken/falling apart. Stains all over the kitchen chairs and bed headboard. Would not recommend.

Ausreichend gosses Appartement im 4.Stock mitten in der Altstadt, über ausgetretene Stufen erreichbar, abends und nachts entsprechend laut, aber neue, relativ schalldichte Fenster; tolle Lage, fussläufig zum Hafen, zur Promenade Anglais und zur Parktiefgarage Justice (25/Tag).

The host was helpful with coordinating late check-in as we arrived after midnight. Apartment was easy to find. Some amenities had minor issues but nothing to be concerned about if you're looking for a convenient place to stay in Nice. 25 minutes by train from Monaco and Cannes. Would recommend!
