Restaurant staff and chefs were warm and helpful. Animator Lisa was outstanding, full of energy! However, the in-room safe had a daily fee, not fitting for a 4-star hotel. The mini fridge was non-functional, meant for a minibar that wasn’t stocked or offered, making it merely decorative for photos. The blonde receptionist with glasses was a bit rude. Breakfast had only pork salami and sausage despite requests for alternatives.

Hotel was spotless, airy, spacious, comfortable. Not alot around it. Have to walk to the few shops and bars. Food was ok, not the best.

Stilig hotell, fantastisk basseng på taket, god frokost og hyggelig personale. Litt utenfor selve bykjernen i Portocolom. Fant ut i etterkant at det gikk gratis bybuss. Hadde vært praktisk om personalet hadde opplyst om det ved innsjekk ellers kjempefornøyd med oppholdet. Reiser gjerne dit igjen.

Hotel é muito lindo e muito bem localizado e sempre tem alguma programação legal, possuem piscina beira mar e uma piscina incrível no rooftop além de tem uma ótima academia e quadra de padel . O café da manhã é muito bom e com muita variedade! Único ponto que ficou a desejar são os atendimentos no restaurante sempre com regras que te fazem perder o interesse exemplo piscina do rooftop não pode utilizar após as 18:00hs, porque o restaurante começa a servir comida somente após as 19:00hs então você não aproveita a melhor horário do início do sunset em uma vista linda ! O ajustes desse pequeno detalhe e com uma equipe de atendimento mais cordial no restaurante do rooftop o hotel será perfeito ! Obs: não possuem estacionamento mas sempre tem vaga próximo na rua ! E são pet friendly!!!
