Front desk service was very friendly, hotel looked very nice and clean. Room was very spacious. Breakfast was very good as well. The only down fall was the hallways and the breakfast area felt very hot and musty like the A/C was on high instead of low temperatures.

We have enjoyed our stay here. My only complaints were that the hall carpeting desperately needs a good cleaning, the toilet tank flow controller needs to be replaced, (it kept sticking), and the disinfectant dispenser in the gym didn't work. All minor things, but the hotel is a solid 8.

Not as good as previous years stay. Unless you got your coffee within the first 20 minutes of them refreshing the urn, it was lukewarm at best. Same for the hot water for tea or hot chocolate. Typical hotel breakfast, for some reason just not as good. Hotel staff very friendly. Changed out towels and emptied garbage cans daily. Over all good 4 night stay. May try a different hotel for our yearly visit.

I was in a large clean room and not oce did I hear my neighbors. Microwave, small fridge and coffee maker all worked well. The bed was wonderfully comfortable. I did hav a little trouble connecting to the guest WiFi but opted for the premium internet and that worked well after a little patience on my part. I did use the laundry facilities and they were clean and appeared well maintained. The cost was cheap compared to laundromats in the area. My two loads of laundry only needed to go through the drier once, which is not true in most laundromats. There is 24 hour coffee in the lobby, which i really enjoyed.

We stayed 4 nights. We liked our suite with the little kitchen area, microwave, fridge, sink. Large bathroom vanity. Very roomy and comfortable. Very ckean and front drsk staff were great. The breakfast had many options, something for everyone. It was convenient and close to our relative. I would definitely stay here again.

Clean basic lodging. Staff was friendly and helpful with an issue with the television in our room. Manny’s Pizza located in the shopping center next door was the stand out of the trip. Highly recommend this hidden gem. Room was on the side of the building facing I-95 so had a lot of traffic noise.

AC was rattling the first night. I let them know they sent someone while we where out and it looks like they put a new plastic grill on it and fixed our curtain above it. But maybe didn’t test the AC last night. Still rattling

The staff here were super friendly and efficient. The hotel provides a great hot breakfast. It does seem to be an older building that has been renovated. Signs of age are obvious in the doors, corners, and flooring. However, the bed and bedding is new and was very comfortable.

Michelle at the hotel was terrific. In spite of mixup with our reservations (our fault), she was pleasant, courteous, and efficient. This is a well managed hotel. You need to replace the pillows on the beds, however. Very uncomfortable. We will come back because this hotel is clean and Michelle at the front desk made our stay so pleasant. Job well done, Hampton Inn.

Disappointing property. A 3 night stay never had housekeeping making the beds, emptying the trash or replenishing the coffee. Sign on mirror says the room will be serviced every other day. Didn’t happen! I can get the same service at a less expensive property.

The staff was great. Our room was comfortable and lots of choices for breakfast. The one thing I would recommend is a sign on the road leading into the area. There is a Best Western) further back but as you approach there is no sign for the Hampton Inn just the Best Western It is confusing.

The property itself is nice and kept up nicely, however, neighboring properties not quite the same. Only a couple of neighboring dinner options but if your willing to drive just a couple miles theres plenty of great options, especially on the beach.

Our stay at Hampton Inn & Suites Palm Coast was great, due in large part to the comfort of our room. Our first night was not great as there was a steady drip from the bathroom exhaust fan, which we initially attributed to the heavy rainstorm. In the morning the rain had cleared, but not the drip, so we reported it to the front desk clerk. They moved us to a new room with an upgrade, which was appreciated. The staff we encountered were all friendly and courteous. The breakfast had a wonderful variety of choices to eat, though I personally found the egg dishes to be rubbery and uneatable. The choices in waffle batters made up for this. The hotel was convenient to our house hunting expedition, as well as many stores, restaurants and the beach. I recommend this hotel.

The only thing that was nice was the friendly staff and they did have good coffee in their main coffee areaWe needed a pet friendly room for our cat so we stayed in room 325. As soon as we entered the room smelled very musty like wet dog. I realize being a pet friendly room is probably gonna have a bit of a smell, but it was very strong. Also, the humidity in there was tremendous. The rug and the furniture was moist. The coffee maker in the room did not work. The breakfast was very poor. The fruit had no flavor. The shells on the hard boiled eggs were so hard to peel that by the time you peeled it there was no egg left. There was nothing healthy to eat. I would not stay in this hotel again.

The room was filthy. The floor was sticky. My husband's socks were black from walking on the carpet. The fruit salad at the breakfast had gone bad. The washing machine didn't dissolve the detergent so I ran the washing machine a second time. That load didn't spin out so I had to wring out the clothing by hand. I had to run 3 dryer cycles (until past midnight). I returned to the night manager for more quarters 3 times. The night manager didn't offer to put my clothing in their professional dryer. The day manager said she would compensate us with enough points for a free stay, but actually gave us nothing.
