Came here for a conference, and our Villa was better than we were expecting. FOR REAL. Everything super clean, any issue we had resolved immediately. Wifi pretty good, had to turn in some assignments and others were on work calls and no issues. overall location very tropical, your tucked away in this small corner of Jacksonville. Only con food options are lackingggg/extremely expensive. I would stop by the grocery store and stock up, kitchen had everything you need to make a nice meal.

The condo was very pleasant, clean, charming and perfectly located. We were hoping for an iron. The master bathroom sink was severely clogged. It instantly filled completely up and the water just sat there. They were on it immediately and it ran much better. Still slow. We opened the entry closet to look for an iron and all kinds of beach gear fell out onto the floor and there was sand everywhere. We weren't allowed to use the pool. It was very quiet and furnished nicely. Great hot water showers. Would most certainly stay there again.
