It features a private pool, air conditioning, several terraces and a tropical garden. There's also a private parking space. Casa Maya is ideal for quiet vacations. Thanks to its central location in the region, you can quickly reach major seaside resorts such as Dénia, Jávea and Benidorm and their beaches. The Jalón and Orba valleys are also within easy reach. Terrace and balcony The villa has two floors and is accessed via a staircase. The second floor has a living and dining room with a large terrace, where you can enjoy a delicious breakfast or evening meal while taking in the fantastic views, of which one never tires. Glass doors lead out onto the balcony. Living room with amenities The living room features air conditioning that can be used as a source of heat. From the pretty, relaxing sofa, you can enjoy Smart TV with all Dutch channels and various German, French, English and Spanish channels. There's a stable Internet connection via fiber optics. In winter, the electric fireplace creates a warm and cosy atmosphere. All rooms can be heated with infrared heaters. The dining room seats 5.
