LuxoStays | Stylish 4BR w/ Backyard & Near HWY

Location was great, next to BART which was perfect for us. Check-in was smooth and easy. Communication with host was good. However, did not rate 5 star as there were issues.House description needs to be updated, no walk-in closet in master bedroom or Spa-inspired main bathroom with rain shower. Master restroom is too small and no counter space with only one sink. Toilet tank would also stop refilling water after flush at times which required us to remove the lid and move the water sensor in tank to refill for a new flush, this was annoying. There was also an odd odor when we arrived, not sure if it's the cleaning products or the previous house guest had a dog, but it smelled like dog. Out door trash bin was already full upon our arrival. Broken master bedroom frame and twin bed headboard was also broken.Suggestions - dressers in all bedrooms, tv's in all bedrooms, new throw pillows in bedrooms and living room or deep cleaned. Update couch or replace. Furniture just need to be deep cleaned. Host was willing to send maintenance to fix toilet and bed frame but we didn't feel comfortable having people at the home while we weren't there.

The rooms were very tidy when we got to the house. I loved the interior of the house. Great views of the freeway. The house was next to the park. I loved how the code to enter the house was the last four digits of my phone number so we can easily get in the house. I loved the lock mechanism on the door because it locked automatically. I stayed in the bedroom with the bathroom and the toilet would not flush sometimes because there was no running water in the toilet.

Everything was great with our stay. It was clean, a great view, and perfect location to see and do whatever you desire in NorCal. The communication was excellent as was the check in/out procedure. Plenty of room for a family of 5. Thank you for sharing your home with us. Will definitely stay here again when we are back in NorCal.

Place was in great shape and well cleaned. It was exactly what we needed for our work trip. We did not spend much time at the place except early morning and when we got home from work around 8pm.The only thing that could improve is the wifi that’s hooked up to the TV. We tried to stream a couple times and it wasn’t really working. We didn’t really care though so we didn’t bring it up to the host.

Our stay was great! The house is large and spacious. It was clean and as pictured. I do wish there were more forks/spoons/plates/bowls. Maybe some plastic ones? Just a suggestion! Not a complaint. We loved the location as well.
