Fresh & Bright Condo 1BR/1BA – Near Riverwalk

Great location! Cute spot!

Overall, we had an amazing stay. The place was beautiful and located in a great area. The host was very helpful and kept in contact with us from the beginning to the end of our stay. We gave this location 4 stars because we did have a few issues. The water in the bathroom had a discoloration. We first noticed it in the sink, and then the bathroom toilet. On our last day, we noticed the brownish water while taking our showers. Another issue we had was the internet service. The internet was going in and out for us. During our last night, we relaxed and wanted to watch tv, but the internet wasn’t stable. We also had to set up our Amazon account on the television because it wasn’t anything programmed on the tv for us to watch. Overall, the place was nice, but the host will definitely need to get the water issue fixed. We had to retake our showers at a family member’s apartment on our last day because we were itching, and it had to be from the water.

Ok place for an overnight. Not for longer term stays.The Pros: quiet neighborhood, places to walk, laundry is great, A/C works great, full size fridge and Smart TV.Cons: the shower has an aged/defective tankless heater, so you'll get warm water but not hot. There are no blinds or curtains on the windows so you'll in full view of the neighbors or landscapers (saw both). Missing some basic features like a door mat, lamps in the bedroom, etc. The private yard area has no seating and the only table/chairs are rickety and moldy. The host is not very responsive, but pleasant. I probably wouldn't stay here again.

Loved the gated yard for my dog. & the washer being by unit 4 was awesome. Felt safe and private.

I have been to Fort Lauderdale every week for the past 3 months, and tried a lot of different options. This is by far the best apartment available. From the mattress to shower and kitchen, always clean and the host is always ready to go the extra mile, like getting me a barbecue grill.
