Vie au bord du lac : réinventée

This us a great location with easy access. There are 2 pools, and a playground and beach area. The condo offers great views of the lake. I would recommend the Ledges for all ages!

I wanted to leave a positive review, but unfortunately I can’t after our experience. We stayed over Memorial Day weekend and dealt with brown water for two days. We were unable to shower, wash dishes, and had to use bottled water to brush our teeth. Someone connected to the host brought us a case of water and told us to contact the host if the issue continued so accommodations could be made. When the water never cleared up, we reached out and received no response.We also had a broken garbage disposal that backed up, would not drain, and filled the sink with dirty water. We contacted the host requesting maintenance, but that message was ignored as well. My parents ultimately spent over an hour fixing it themselves so we could use the sink.Communication was poor from the beginning. Because payments were handled outside of VRBO, we had questions about the process and it took days to get in contact with anyone and get everything sorted out.The kitchen dishes and cookware were not clean enough to use without washing them first. Much of the cookware, utensils, and kitchen items are overdue for replacement.Overall, the trip was okay, but we dealt with multiple issues that should not have been our responsibility and received no meaningful assistance from the host. We were offered no reimbursement, never received an apology, and our follow-up email has gone unanswered.If you want to stay somewhere where you know you’ll get a response & help from the host, don’t stay here.

Wry nice place. Wish you could talk to a person. No check in or out instructions or clean up instructions. Very clean and fun though!
