The room and stay was excellent. Only thing was that we stayed in the Family room No.220 and the TV, phone and the Kettle did not work initially. Then they made the TV and the kettle to work but the phone was out of order and hence calling the reception became a problem. Other than this one thing, everything else was fabulous. We were taken very good care. Will visit this resort again for sure.

This is my second time stay here, last time it was bad - this time it was worst. I booked it because there was no other hotel that was available in that area. In the night it rained heavily and water was splashing inside the room from through the window. The curtains were broken. The staff were nice but this is hotel is overpriced for what it offers. The staff though nice, did not know clean practices, they were using no gloves when then were preparing food for breakfast in the buffet area. Please do something to Feedback the hotel or rate them as 1 star hotel.

Like: Location walkable into town and the rock carvings. On a large plot running down to the sea and huge pool. Cottage was spacious with view over golf course to the sea. Staff friendly and helpful. Large comfortable bed. Dislike: Sunbeds need renewing. 2 of stairs into pool broken. Litter not cleared away.No chairs/ sun beds on the beach and unfinished buildings next to the beach. Resort needs some TLC which may have started as lobby area being renovated.
