We booked online as this property has a pool and hot tub area. However, we arrived to find the front lobby under renovation. The hot tub had a brown ring at the water line and the steps were discolored brown. It looked like they had not cleaned up that was so slippery ( like an algae bloom) when I stayed in October and told front desk then. We mentioned again this visit and they closed it down. King bed was missing fitted sheet and had to be remade.

This place is dirty! The lobby is brand new looking but the rooms are gross. We were very happy checking in as it looked like the hotel would be clean and fresh but when we got to our room we were very disappointed. The rooms are dingy, the walls have marks all over them. The toilet had public hair on it when we arrived. The bathroom mirror frame has been painted but only one coat and it is chipping off, streaking and dirty with tooth paste splatters from previous guests. The bed skirt had visible dirt all over it and the furniture is all chipped and swollen from moisture. There was dust visible on the keurig machine. The curtains have rips in them. We would not recommend this this property.

The Reno’s are beautiful, very friendly staff at check-in. the rooms are very clean. The breakfast is the typical hotel breakfast. Overall very pleased!

It’s what you expect, under construction while we were there but didn’t interfere with our stay. Breakfast was great lots of choices. Only negative walls and ceiling are thin you can hear conversations from you neighbours and any one above you walking around is very loud.

The room we had was not updated yet but they are updating all the rooms. The TV didn't work but they installed a new TV in about 15 minutes after I notified them .I give them a 1 3/4 thumbs up out of 2 👍

Great suite layout to allow family to visit with us. Clean beds and room, no weird “hotel” smell. Some minor repairs needed, ie closet door didn’t close properly, bathroom door dragged on floor, piece of trim on wall corner was very loose, bedframe was very squeaky. The main concern was how poorly insulated rooms are in terms of noise. Plus easily hear people talking in hall and footsteps in surrounding rooms. In general though it was a good stay and the staff were so friendly and helpful.

We have been coming down that way for tournaments for over 10 years. We always stay at the holiday inn express. Doug who works their is absolutely amazing and goes above and beyond for the guests.

I did not find the check in staff helpful, particularly around explaining the wifi. I had to get help from other staff and the one person just sort of ran away when I politely asked for more clarity. I don't think I would reccomend this hotel to female business travellers.

The first night was horrible. There was people running though the hallways screaming and fighting until 3am, including fighting in the parking lot. We went to complain at the desk and it appeared that the girl working was asleep as she was unaware of anything going on and did absolutely nothing. Thankfully on night 2 there was a worker going around addressing issues. The rest of the staff was great.

Upon our arrival check-in, we requested an additional night. A 3rd night to be added to our bill. Signed papers and off to our room. I had to call down for toilet paper as it was nearly out. To our surprise there wasn't any 24/7 hot tea and coffee available. They forgot to put it on as we were told. The next day we were out for 10 hrs just to find that out room was left open by the cleaning service. The next morning we get a knock on our door and the sound of the access card trying to get into our room eventhough there is a do not disturb on the door. Trying to tell us "Its check out time" when we booked a 3rd night. This experience has tainted ever staying at a Holiday Inn Express ever again. Re-think your stay at this place.

The waterslide was SO FUN but a little scary and dangerous. The rooms were very clean . Good breakfast, the suite has a little room with a twin bed (and their own tv). We walked to the nearby diner which was about 6 minutes, pretty good. Easy pit stop, not much around there. Overall good experience.

Our room was spacious and spotless, AC was ice cold, beds were very comfortable, bathroom was very clean and updated, and having name brand toiletries is always a nice touch. The pool was very clean and the perfect temp for a refreshing dip! Plenty of parking, and the complimentary hot breakfast was delicious. We were also able to have a late check out which was very helpful when travelling with a toddler. My only minor notes are that one of the elevators was out of order, so the one that was still working got a little backed up at peak times but nothing unmanageable; and the pool deck is extremely slippery and could use some non slip paint/coating. We would definitely stay here again!!
