I loved the fact that the property had a one way shuttle (tuk tuk) service to the following nearby malls (MBK, Siam Paragon, Central World, and Platinum Fashion Mall). The breakfast in the morning had a lot of options and the food was delicious. I definitely looked forward to breakfast every day. The staff in the morning for breakfast were so polite and nice. The staff made my morning start off great. They had Thai options for food and American type of food also such as, eggs, pancakes, bacon, and the yogurt with fruit in it was so delicious. The different juices were a great too. The hotel staff in general were all very nice and polite and were very helpful when it came to ordering food or getting shuttle service. The hotel itself is gorgeous, the room is so spacious and huge. The house keepers were very fast and efficient and any time we left the hotel the room was clean when we came back. We also had gotten a chocolate chip cookie any time the room was cleaned and our waters were always stocked. The hotel is definitely in a good area as we were able to walk around and find different food options and also massage places. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel to any one staying in Bangkok.

Small luxurious Hotel with outstanding staffs. We stayed for 7 nights and it was wonderful. Tuk tuk service provided by the hotel was fun and convenient for us to go shop. Friendly service by staffs was great help. Wonderful breakfast every morning.

Vistelsen på VIE Hotell var helt underbar och vi önskade vi bokat fler nätter. Hit vill vi absolut tillbaka. Personalen var så snäll och hjälpsam med allt, hjälpte oss med tips och taxibokningar. Vi hade tur och fick spontant plats att äta på deras fantastiska restaurang med en stjärna. Det var så roligt och trevligt. Jättefint rum, stort och rent. Poolen var toppen. Gymmet var jättebra. Fanns inget att klaga på.

Complimentary canapes & drinks @ Piano Club after a smooth check in. Shrimp on toast & salmon parcels were fresh and tasty, and replenished frequently. Cut cakes were not too sweet. Room was spacious but the big windows were visibly stained, what a shame that they're too dirty for sunrise pics from within. Overall lighting in room was too dim. Shower cubicle did not leak but very bad & not comfy at all. Water pressure was super weak and the worst part was the very inconsistent water temperature--one moment normal temp then suddenly turned scorching , then icy the next. Shampoo Body lotion bottles were not refilled, and only three tissues left in the box. Towels weren't white & fluffy, furniture rather old cos we could easily spot paint touch-ups in many areas e.g. wooden racks & shelves esp inside wardrobe. A/C was noisy & too cold and we had to switch it off in the bedroom to just rely on the a/c from the living room. Coffee capsules tea sachets provided. They have a small pool and a gym and pool bar service was pleasant. Front desk staff amiable , obliging , courteous and communicate well in English. Hotel is within walking distance to Siam Paragon, Siam Centre, the BTS and many massage parlours in the area. It does not smell fresh, clean and nice outside the main entrance waiting for GRAB or just taking a brief stroll--smells musty, stale and an unpleasant stench. Perhaps it is the nearby sewage or their own refuse collecting problem. It is in a safe neighbourhood.

Fantastic 3 nights stay at this hotell. Very nice rooms, plus for a custumor friendly service app where you can chat or order things 24/7. Worked very well. Fantastic breakfast open to 10:30 😍. Free shuttle with Hotel tuktuk to neatby locations. The Hotel is very close to skytrain, Ratchadamri station. The hotel provides first class service, food, drinks and pastry. Will for sure choose this place again.

Tolles Hotel, verkehrgünstig gelegen (Skytrain) mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vor Ort, die zu Fuss erreichbar sind. Sehr nettes Personal dass uns wegen Überbuchung ein Upgrade hat zukommen lassen. Sehr gutes Frühstück mit leckeren, individuellen Speisen. Hotel hier und da etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber weiterhin auf hohem Niveau

2ème séjour après 10 ans. L'hôtel a un peu vieilli au niveau des details des chambres, la pression et la température de l'eau dans les chambres laissent à désirer, mais rien à redire pour le reste. Chambres propres, confortables, personnels souriants et serviables, restaurants (français et japonais) excellents. L'hôtel se situe près des centres commerciaux et des lignes de métro.

Just, great. The executive sweet room has good design, the view from the 20th floor is superb, the living room part is huge. The air conditioning works well, the bed is very confortable, the shower and bathtub are in a very spacious bathroom. But the best part was the breakfast, I recommend to be hungry in the morning!

Complimentary canapes & drinks @ Piano Club after a smooth check in. Shrimp on toast & salmon parcels were fresh and tasty, and replenished frequently. Cut cakes were not too sweet. Room was spacious but the big windows were visibly stained, what a shame that they're too dirty for sunrise pics from within. Overall lighting in room was too dim. Shower cubicle did not leak but very bad & not comfy at all. Water pressure was super weak and the worst part was the very inconsistent water temperature--one moment normal temp then suddenly turned scorching , then icy the next. Shampoo Body lotion bottles were not refilled, and only three tissues left in the box. Towels weren't white & fluffy, furniture rather old cos we could easily spot paint touch-ups in many areas e.g. wooden racks & shelves esp inside wardrobe. A/C was noisy & too cold and we had to switch it off in the bedroom to just rely on the a/c from the living room. Coffee capsules tea sachets provided. They have a small pool and a gym and pool bar service was pleasant. Front desk staff amiable , obliging , courteous and communicate well in English. Hotel is within walking distance to Siam Paragon, Siam Centre, the BTS and many massage parlours in the area. It does not smell fresh, clean and nice outside the main entrance waiting for GRAB or just taking a brief stroll--smells musty, stale and an unpleasant stench. Perhaps it is the nearby sewage or their own refuse collecting problem. It is in a safe neighbourhood.

On arrival we were told that the hotel was almost full and therefore we had been upgraded to a suite. The suite was huge with a dining area a large L shaped sofa in the lounge area, separate bedroom with large bathroom with walk in shower, bath and separate wc. Cannot fault this hotel, service and breakfast was superb.

Everything was great! Very helpful and friendly staffs. Asiana airline lost our luggage (shame on them) staffs at this hotel went above and beyond to help us get our luggage back when we can not reach the airline. They were in constant communication with bbk airport. Overall, hotel was very clean and staffs was very responsive to our needs. We will be staying here again! Highly recommended!

Vistelsen på VIE Hotell var helt underbar och vi önskade vi bokat fler nätter. Hit vill vi absolut tillbaka. Personalen var så snäll och hjälpsam med allt, hjälpte oss med tips och taxibokningar. Vi hade tur och fick spontant plats att äta på deras fantastiska restaurang med en stjärna. Det var så roligt och trevligt. Jättefint rum, stort och rent. Poolen var toppen. Gymmet var jättebra. Fanns inget att klaga på.

It’s a beautiful hotel. The BTS is just outside the building so it’s convenient to get to the biggest malls. The staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast buffet is great. Will stay there again

I loved the fact that the property had a one way shuttle (tuk tuk) service to the following nearby malls (MBK, Siam Paragon, Central World, and Platinum Fashion Mall). The breakfast in the morning had a lot of options and the food was delicious. I definitely looked forward to breakfast every day. The staff in the morning for breakfast were so polite and nice. The staff made my morning start off great. They had Thai options for food and American type of food also such as, eggs, pancakes, bacon, and the yogurt with fruit in it was so delicious. The different juices were a great too. The hotel staff in general were all very nice and polite and were very helpful when it came to ordering food or getting shuttle service. The hotel itself is gorgeous, the room is so spacious and huge. The house keepers were very fast and efficient and any time we left the hotel the room was clean when we came back. We also had gotten a chocolate chip cookie any time the room was cleaned and our waters were always stocked. The hotel is definitely in a good area as we were able to walk around and find different food options and also massage places. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel to any one staying in Bangkok.
