Family room with bunkbeds was great for our two young kids who don't sleep well when having to share a double like most family rooms are. Great hotel, lovely staff and the best breakfast buffet I've had in a long time! Pool area is great with a shallower bit for little ones and padded sun loungers - so comfy!

Beautiful, clean, well maintained property. Staff was friendly and very attentive to all requests. Room was spacious, well designed and with all necessary amenities. Room service and on-site restaurants food quality was great. We especially enjoyed their rooftop restaurant Belga that had a nice cozy atmosphere and great views of the city. Hotel itself was very quiet but as soon as you walk outside of the property, you are on the quite active street of Bangkok

Very clean and well furnished room with elegant and well functioning bathroom (but a somewhat too hard bed). Well trained and very cool staff. Perfect location close to both Metro and Sky Train which makes it possible to reach all places in Bangkok from the hotel. I have stayed at the hotel three times before, and will continue to return.

Super conveniently located for transport links and maybe slightly longer walking distance to emsphere mall. The smell within and around the hotel wasnt the best and the bedsheets just always felt damp, not sure why. The tablet in the room was a great touch and not something I've had in other sofitels or in other hotels in bangkok.

Beautiful hotel. The highlight is the rooftop bar on the 37th floor. The hotel is luxury with beautiful rooms and bathrooms. Everything in the room is controlled on an iPad. Major issue for families: they advertise that the room is suitable for four people. 2 adults 2 children. It's only suitable for 2 adults and 1 child, unless three of the four of you sleep in the king size bed. It's close to the Nana and Asok BTS stations which are easily walkable with direct access from the hotel.

在交通上來說很方便，BTS NANA初在走路一分鐘就可以到旅館。但因為開放大麻合法化，周遭整條街上充斥著許多奇奇怪怪的旅客和拉客的女生(男生？)，還有一些不知道要幹嘛的黑人總是坐在飯店的外牆門口？對於晚歸的旅人來說，可能有些安全上的疑慮。或許，想要體驗如此特殊的經驗，很值得來此處入住，但對於單身的朋友，可能要再斟酌考慮了。另外，浴缸的熱水非常不熱，應該只能用常溫來形容，才泡一下就變得很冷，希望飯店可以在日後把浴缸的水溫調高一點。住五天入住下來，服務人員、整體清潔、都表現得相當不錯，就是外在的街頭奇怪的人，和浴缸的水不熱，很扣分，其他都值得推薦。

The hotel is situated centrally, in between Asok and Nana BTS, so very convenient. The hotel itself is well-presented, and the room was large. and well laid-out. Service was good too, with a turn-down service offered every evening. For the view, not so much from my room, but maybe from the other side, it may be better. But overall, the stay was good.

Right in the middle of the action but rooms are dead quiet. Incredible staff and property, fully modern and maintained. Soft touches like welcome fruit, evening turndown with tea and pleasant greetings at the door go a long way to make you feel at home. I stayed one night at the beginning of the trip end swapped my hotel to stay at Sofitel again. GET THE BREAKFAST! Food is amazing but buying coffee a la carte is pricy, more than mini bar beers. Full breakfast is well worth it. Be warned there is a suggested dress code at all dining in the hotel. It is not enforced but dress to impress, this is a classy hotel. Rooftop Belga bar and restaurant has incredible views, great food and an impressive Belgian beer list. Every dining option on this property is top notch. Great area to get to everything with both skytrain and BTS stations right at the door. Public transit avoids heavy Bangkok traffic and is a must. Felt like home, sad to leave. Wouldn’t consider anywhere else.

I stayed 7 nights Club Millesime. The housekeeping made sure the room was clean and fresh daily. The atmosphere in the Club Millesime was relaxed, which made you enjoy the calm, and good quality breakfast. Gift, Henry and Tide at the Club Millesime made the stay feel like home away from home with their genuine service, thoughtfulness and considerations.

Love this hotel ! Best breakfast at reasonable price and staff wonderful. My only complaint is that the pool was closed for repairs. I truly feel that this should have been noted up front when I was making my reservation as I would have stayed at the Hyatt instead as it was very hot.
