I got a courtesy call a few days before that the elevator might not be working as my room was on the third floor. I did not have an issue with that. I dunno if it’s a policy to notify, but the call was a very professional notification. Breakfast was great & the room was peaceful.

The hotel is renovating which is fine. But corporate should force the franchisee to shutdown and not accept guests during renovation. There are no notices when we book the room.There are dust everywhere including the food area. My familly actually got sick. Toilettes didn't flush. The advertised pool and hot tub was drained. It is was a mess.

The staff was wonderful from the front desk to the breakfast attendants to the cleaning crew. The breakfast was fully stocked. We had a nice view of the lake and enjoyed watching the ducks and geese. The elevator was down and we had to carry all of our stuff up and down 3 flights of stairs, but other than that it was a good stay.

Construction going on in lobby. Dangerous situation getting around. Material all over the walking area to elevator. Very much a hassle to move around. Would like to get a partial refund.

I stayed in the hotel In Wichita Falls TX. I was there for 3 nights. I never got fresh towels no one collected the trash. My room was dirty the mirror in the bathroom had hand prints all over it. I will not stay in a Holiday Inn again.

My elderly mother and I stayed here while en route to another destination. The staff was so helpful in making sure she had a ground floor room. The hotel was very clean comfortable and quiet and the free breakfast in the morning was delicious with a wide selection of food to choose from.

Staff was great! Noisy location. Needs updating, ex. holes/tear in lampshade, nothing major but a bit worn out looking. There was a missed shopping bag left by someone else not picked up by housekeeping, the room was surface clean but not attentive to detail cleaning.

Room 122, 6/3/24 Things I liked: easy check-in, breakfast (sausages were wonderful!), room nicely apportioned, service staff were friendly and helpful. Things I didn't like: broken toilet seat, we had to ask for bedding for sofa bed and towels for guests 3 & 4, horribly leaky roofs that posed a water hazard on the carpets and tile floors, no visible security cameras. Lastly, I reserved a 2-queen room with a lake view; I received a king room with a sleeper sofa looking at the parking lot.

Hotel is run down. Our room was not that clean there are cracks from water damage in the bathroom. Some type of mechanical alarm or piece of equipment kept going off all night disturbing sleep. Not a great place to stay.

We asked staff for linens for our pullout couch. Initially they said they would bring it up to our room then after a while we got tired of waiting. When we went to front desk the two staff members were playing on their phones and appeared inconvenienced that we were there.

when i arrived at the hotel after dinner @ 7 pm the tv was not working and the room phone was not. I called the front desk and they had to bring a new cable part. I complained saying i thought they should reimburse me some off of my bill but they said i should call HOtels.com since i booked it through you. i told them it was not Hotels.com fault the TV was not working, but they refused to give me a meager refund. very dissapointing.

Our door lock messed up and would not let us in. A cleaning woman tried to assist but also, was not able to get in. We told the front desk and the manager on duty tried many things but also, could not get in. So, she called the main manager who had to come in. We went down to the lobby to wait. The manager came in but didnt pass by us since we were sitting near the only elevator door. He worked on it a while, unsuccessfully, and we were told we were going to have to move to another room. Thankfully, it wasnt far. We sat in the lobby for over an hour and this main manager could have at least come by and appologised for the inconvenience but we never saw him.

The front desk gentleman was very rude, just stared at us to talk first. Didn’t welcome us or ask how can I help you. He checked us in and that’s about it. Didn’t tell us about the amenities, what time breakfast was.

Great location for us visiting family. The hotel was having some refurbishment work so it was a bit of a mess looking out our window. However the room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast choice varied and plentiful so all in a good stay, the staff were lovely so all in a good stay!

Fabulous stay- Very clean room and bathroom, friendly, helpful, professional staff, bed and pillows very comfortable, clear TV, delicious breakfast with every choice possible - hot food was hot and cold food was cold! Although it was 30 min. before closing breakfast, all food choices were still available. Will come back when in this area.
