Clean room comfortable bed. Towel bar was loose, ice machine broken but desk clerk got ice for us!

Ice machine doesn’t work, two bathrooms downstairs don’t work and charged me $20 cash to check out at 12. Have been coming here for about 20 years and this year it’s under new management

no exercise room, ice machine didn’t work, vending machine items you had to get at front desk. breakfast was bread, jelly, oatmeal cream pies, milk, Cheerios and a few kinds of yogurt. they had one pot of coffee. the room was clean and the hotel was aesthetically pleasing. we got stuck due to weather and the laundry room was in working order, it was $2 a load.

I have stayed at this motel on several occasions now the first time i stayed there was for 4 days in a row and they did not inform me that they had no running tv or cable not even when i checked in they said nothing i didnt know until after being there for over 2 hrs and i had ro ask them about it and they said ya sorry we dont know whats going on and dont know when it will be fixed so i had no tv to watch for the 4 days i stayed there and so i complained about it and they gave me a suite room with a hot tub in my room so i stayed again and got that room and when i stayed that time i get up for the breakfast and they didnt have no breakfast for a couple days in a row bc there truck didnt come in so they didnt even care they didnt bc they didnt even go to the store to get some bread for toast or anything to put out to be in place for there complimentary breakfast they are suppose to have and that was never mentioned to me when i stayed the 2nd time so that way if i knew i could have got some food and brought it with to eat breakfast but they fail to inform there customers about any issues or anytuing that they know there customers should be aware of very bad lack of communication with them i called the manager and said something once again and he just said i am sorry about rhat and that was it never offered me reimbursement for my stay the 2nd time so i said ok and now i decided to get a room for a few days in a row with them agai n on 05-24-25 to 05-27-25 i paid day before

We drove from PA to NE to pick up a pup from a breeder nearby and chose W. Point because it is pet friendly. We liked that the Pizza Hut was within walking distance and enjoyed the convenience to our return route home. Thank you for making our trip special.

I did not like the floor plan--entered through the downstairs back door! The breakfast offered NO eggs! The price was NOT what I understood the price to be when I booked with EXPEDIA. I asked to speak with manager, but he never called me back. I got the impression that the staff offered as little as possible, for example, only 2-washcloths, only 1-hand towel, doesn't seem to me like enough for a 2-night stay! I DID enjoy the large jacuzzi tub!! I would NOT recommend this property, and certainly would not stay here again!

breakfast was awful... the room wasnt that clean

Room was clean, bed was very comfortable.

It was a place to stay while out of town. Could use some extra pillows. Could use a little updating. A little time spent cleaning would be nice. The room we got the door was open along with the window

Stinky, dank room. Very small pillows and when we asked for more were told "there are already pillows in the room". The "super-charged" breakfast that was included in the stay included empty coffee pots, 4 stale waffles, dry cereal (didn't stay long enough to see if there was milk) and some good bananas. While my family wandered around the breakfast area trying to figure out where the breakfast was, the guy behind the desked stared at a tv and had no idea we were there. Couldn't wait to get out of there.

Rooms were clean but towels and pillows were lacking in quality and quantity for the room. Needed the tv programmed and phone had to be replaced. Beds were not made in between nights nor was bathroom refreshed. Not enough breakfast items were available. All these things should have been better for the price charged.

The 2 staff members when I checked in were very nice! The rooms I thought were dirty not cleaned well at all. The beds are noisy built on those metal frames. Not a comfortable place to stay for 3 nights!

Not enough towels, place was dusty, just not happy all around. We will not go back even though we have family in Pender.

This is a very dated property. Staff were friendly and accommodating at check-in, but, hotel room smelled very musty and of mildew. Linens were clean but old and not comfortable. We had one towel, one hand towel and one washcloth for two people for two nights.

This hotel was clean and beds were comfortable. There’s nothing fancy here, just the essentials. And the price was very affordable.

It was OK except for the metal frame of the bed popping every time I moved, the faucets on the sink squeaked loudly, and my husband had to get shims from our in-town relatives to shim up the toilet so it wouldn't rock in a fairly significant way. They must have known about it as they had tried a 'repair' with cardboard. Attention to details like these would make it a pretty nice place to stay. Maybe a little laziness on management's part.

Everything is just fine except have not had no tv since i checked in on monday and still is not fixed now is the only problem

My whole stay at the motel which was 4 days they didnt have no tv and the manager and staff didnt even try to fix it and i ssid something about it to them and they just said sorry didnt offer me a discount on my stay or try to even compensate me at all for there not being no tv my whole stay and to me is not right bc it didnt say no tv when i got the room so i was very uoset with my stay and not happy

Room was noisy. Adjacent room was occupied by two dogs that began barking when we walked in and barked continuously throughout the night, even after owners returned. Between dogs, people talking and watching TV long into the night it was a sleepless night. We wouldn't stay there again.

Listing claimed to have breakfast, no breakfast. Staff extremely rude and not helpful. Room was dirty, smelled like a port-a-potty. When I left hotel, my clothing reeked and even after a 6 hour drive my car and clothing smelled. All clothing and even suitcase needed cleaned after staying.

My niece and I stayed for a sad moment in our lives, the passing of our grandmother. We were treated so compassionately and kindly, I’m glad we stayed here.

We stayed for a wedding in town. Staff were very friendly. Would stay again if we are in West Point again.

Very quiet and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

They are always very friendly at this hotel.

When I arrived to check in I was told my reservation had been cancelled. Apparently my reservation was in a block of rooms that were intended for a group of some kind. Anyway I was left without anywhere to stay. I was told I could check back later to see if a room became available but I kind of needed to know sooner rather than later so I knew what to do. Go home or stay and hope I got a room.

Right across the street are a Pizza Hut and a McDonalds. Staff is extremely friendly. Nice breakfast buffet with waffles, cereal, fruit, yogurt and juice. Nothing fancy and a little dated, but clean and a very nice stay!

It was the best place I could find near Pender Nebraska. It was a good hotel, but it wasn’t the top in the nation..

Was close to where i needed to go . And safe all around. Very very quite and tranquil .

We were very happy with our stay, very comfy bed, great bed linens. Breakfast seemed to be over when we arrived at 8:25 am but when we asked for more food it was quickly brought out. Nice staff, no complaints, would most definitely stay here again if we are in West Point.
