I’m from Winchester, but now live in Florida. I visit my family frequently and have stayed in many different hotels. This one has definitely been the best. Great price. Clean rooms. The beds and pillows were nice and soft. I noticed There are chargers for electric vehicles if you have one.

The pool was out of order. It actually had no water in it at all. Our room was a suite with one AC that worked but didin’t cool the whole space and a mini split that wasn’t connected, so a suite for 5 people it was hot. The stuff was nice, but that’s about the only pleasant thing. The breakfast was cold and didn’t offer a whole lot of options. If the amount of time we were there, it served its purpose but I wouldn’t stay again.

Best Western should have comped or discounted rate as The POOL was not operable due to Maintenance. This should have been disclosed before arrival. Very Disappointed in the communication of an Amenity that was not available. .....Otherwise, Very clean, comfortable and SAFE. Would stay here and recommend to others . Just have what you advertise please.

Too much to list 😊 Definitely rebooking here again in the future as long as the pool will be open on time like it says. Even checked back an hour before check out and it was still locked or short staffed the guy that was running the front desk was also keeping fresh food going juice checking people in and so on. So completely under stood was busy,great attitude,kind. Vending machines, patio area very beautiful, smoking area for smokers, great breakfast. All in all recommend an absolutely will be rebooking soon.

Bathroom shower was in such bad condition that it tainted the remainder of the hotel room. There was mold and other crud all around the shower inside abd outside edges. There were damaged areas on the outside of the shower that needed to be fixed. I have stayed at many Best Western Hotels over the years, but have never encountered a situation as bad as this one one. We wouldn't have stayed at the hotel when we saw the condition of the shower unit except it was late and we were very tired. Best Western needs to take a hard look at this hotel to make sure corrections are made so as not to damage the entire franchise. Harry Adcock

The room itself wasn’t bad and the beds are comfortable but the bathroom is disgusting. There are bugs in the shower, some are alive and some are dead. The fan that automatically comes on when you turn the bathroom light on is ridiculously loud and the lighting in the bathroom is so bad that it will be impossible for me to put any makeup on in there and I can’t stand to hear that fan while trying to get ready. For the price of this room, I expected a lot better.

First of all, there have bad smell.. stinky in the room. And bed sheets are dirty, It felt very damp, the humidity in the room was very high... and it didn't feel safe...

Couldn’t check in at check in time. Had to wait until 4PM to get into the room after a 16 hour drive. Once we got into the room we noticed flies near the bathroom area. Throughout our 3 day stay the flies seemed to multiply. No point complaining to the staff because it feels like they are just going through the motions and don’t really care. I stay here because it’s convenient.

Check-iin counter staff was friendly and professional. Continental breakfast was standard, but various items were not replaced/refilled timely. Room-1) entry door upper lock was not useable due to not being fully attached to frame, 2) room had flys and what looked like gnats flying around, 3) beds kept slipping around on box spring. Bathroom-1) shower valves leaked really bad, 2) you can see where "punch" holes were repaired on both sides of BR door, 3) light in BR was dim and missing cover, 4) room was in poor condition (paint, moulding tile). Room definitely requires basic maintenance and upgrade.

Room was clean, staff were very kind and helpful. Property was quiet and well maintained. My only two minor gripes are that the coffee machine was broken both days, and there was what appeared to be mold on the bathroom ceiling. Those were small things, overall I enjoyed my stay.

The room was awful, beds were terrible, one lamp by the bed attached to the wall was only attached by cord, hanging from wall. Fridge, didn't work at all, smelled awful and was dirty! The closet door would not open on one side, so you had to squeeze a shoulder in to hang stuff from one side. Complained the hour after checking in about the fridge AND LITERALLY GOT A SHRUG, from manager and he offered for us to use the breakfast fridge in the lobby!!! Checked out the next am a whole day earlier and complained again and got NO REPLY AT ALL!

Great location. Great water pressure and plenty of hot water, which is not always the case. The room was not very bright at night due to only one small overhead light that was very dim. In most hotel rooms, there is an additional blanket/comforter but this room did not have one and I personally enjoy having an extra blanket.

Very nice double queeen suite. Perfect for overnight stay with early wrestling meet. Good Breakfast Buffet! Strawberry Belgian Waffles, Wow! Lovely touches in room preparation too, like fancy folded towels and a little TP “flower”. Very nice! :-)

The room was clean and spacious. The staff were friendly that we saw. My husband enjoyed the jetted bathtub. The breakfast was ok. The eggs were very salty. We were nearing the end of breakfast time and they did not refill things. People that came after us did not get some things. We did not use the pool but it looked like a nice pool. We would stay there again

We arrived before check in time (in town for a wedding) but the staff went out of their way to accommodate us. We enjoyed the coffee available all day. There was a full breakfast that helped get us on the road the morning of check out. Our room was clean with no condition issues noted. The parking lot is a little tight...just be alert in maneuvering in & out

Rooms were not done at check in and didn’t get in until 3:30pm. Refrigerator was making a knocking noise was told it was going to be taken care of it wasn’t until I had to say something again. Then I fell at the property and was injured. Informed desk and they seemed like they didn’t care. I’m putting a picture of where I fell.

The front desk clerks were very friendly. The room was very clean. The bed is not comfortable. The pillows are fine. The reason for less than a glowing review, as we have stayed here each time we come to town is the continental breakfast. We ate at about 8:30am, and breakfast closed at 10:00am. Two drink dispensers were out of order; no apple juice or speciality coffee, all minor. The sausage was burned. The gravy was sour tasting. There was very little milk for cereal, etc. The general stock of food was low. The waffle mix was restored. There were no forks, and when requested, the attendant with no gloves on their hands, handled the forks in every manner to align and put into container. This included dropping one fork on the floor with no effort to pick up. While the food service counters were tidy, the "roach motel" from Cook's pest control in plain view was a massive disappointment.

Clean room and serviced every day. Breakfast was okay, same food every day. Today coffee machine broke so no coffee. Valve in toilet not working, so it took ten minutes to refill after flushing. Not many options in Winchester so you take what's available. At least price was reasonable.
