Hot water had dirt in it but they solved it?

This hotel was exceptionally clean. We've used to wipe clean by ourselves all the surfaces even in 5-stars hotels in this part of the World but over the past 7 years this was the first time when we didn't need to do so. Everything was spotless! Also the general wibe in the hotel is very nice. The staff was super friendly and the food was good. Especially the Italian resteaurant with an actual Italian chef was a very pleasant surprise. Many times I've skipped giving a review because personnel asks me to do so and it's slightly frustrating. This time I was so impressed that I decided to give feed back no matter what. But to my big surprise I wasn't even asked to do so!!! A Big Bonus for the staff!!! I genuinely believe that this is a rare gem among hotels in Goa. Also if you'll come from abroad, don't be afraid of a small pool. Locals don't want to stay outside during the day time so you can enjoy the great view at the terace with plenty of space while working on your tan. I would give six stars if it was an option. If you'll get dissappointed with this hotel and staff, then you probably haven't travel enough to know how many of the hotels today give promises without being able to fulfill them. Renaissance Goa promises the minimum but delivers the maximum. (I know, sounds like a paid comment but it's not.) I can sincerely recommend this to anyone needing a decent break from the busy day-to-day life. Bonus: Almost correctly built sauna. But hey, this is not Finland!😘⛄️

New hotel, clean and lovely staff. Lots to do including spa, and easy access to sights. As it’s new, staff were still getting used to policies and we were told slightly different things vs. Booking (meal plans) but Lilly (restaurant staff) did everything to make us feel comfortable - pretty much make anything we wanted ! Great services

Amazing, cool clean and beautiful property. Not close to the beach but makes up with everything else.
