Room was clean and spacious, breakfast was great with lots of options to choose from. Coffee and tea also available 24/7. Pool area looked nice but we didn’t use during our stay. 10 min drive to Legoland. Food options close by.

Front desk clerk had an attitude problem. No nice greeting, just ask for license and got huffy about the credit card. Then she assigned a room that wasn’t finished beginning clean. The housekeeping staff was very nice. She was as surprised as we were when we arrived at the room. She apologized and we told her to take her time. Maybe the front desk clerk could take some nice pointers from the housekeeping staff. Breakfast was a zoo. Not enough seats and the food was cold. I shouldn’t have to unwrap my coffee cup before getting coffee. The coffee sucked. I really don’t know what happened to this chain of hotels but there to many other nicer hotels to rest my head at, for about the same price.

Biggest issue was the person who did check in seemed absolutely miserable, I asked if there was any chance of being in a room near my cousin as we’re were doing the trip with them and she seemed so annoyed by my ask. Pool was great kids enjoyed a decent amount of seating was great for parents.
