The house is located in Lajares, a favorite destination for those seeking peace and the sea. El Cotillo is just a 10-minute drive away, and Corralejo is about 13 minutes away. You are only 5 minutes from the center, with restaurants, cafés, shops, and a supermarket. Every Saturday from 10:00 to 14:00, there is a local market with typical products. This rural house of 125 m² accommodates up to 5 guests in 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. It features a fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, high-speed Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, and step-free access to one bedroom (the second is upstairs), bathroom, living room, and kitchen. The fifth guest sleeps on a sofa bed in the living room. Outside, you will find a private barbecue on the rear terrace, an open front terrace, a covered terrace, and an outdoor shower. The house is in a very quiet area. As it is surrounded by nature, it is normal to occasionally find insects from the rural environment, especially outside at night. The property has regular preventive maintenance to ensure your comfort. For families, a crib and high chair are available upon prior request.
