Quality Inn & Suites Warren

Bathtub had a dirty “sticker” stuck to the bottom of the tub, elevator was broken and omg the comforter was so crusty and dirty. When I asked for another room, basically the these issues weren’t a problem and I was just brushed off. NEVER AGAIN.

The only negative comment I have is the way the managers handled the watermain break at 6am on July 17. The evacuated guests were out in the parking lot for at least 45 minutes and not one of the five property managers came out to address us about what happened, the status of our reservations, or receiving credits or reimbursements. I decided to drive to a local to gym to get a shower and eat instead of waiting around. They apparently got everything fixed and running within a few hours. My room was great. No bugs, it was clean, The TV stations listed in the binder were NOT the ones that were listed as available so they might need to update those. They are still waiting to receive replacement keycard makers, but the staff was amazing because they had to escort every guest to their rooms to let them in. Breakfast..... well, not sure if this was related to the incident, but it was quite subpar. It was offered from 6-9am and I came down at 8:30am. The choices were quite slim. Again, this may have been a result of the pipes bursting. I would stay here again. My partner, probably a hard NO.

The lobby was a mess, under construction, the elevator to the 2nd floor wasn't operational. We reserved a room with 2 double beds, ended up with one queen. Lights in the bathroom flickered, door on the refrigerator didn't close unless you propped something up against it. Breakfast was boxes of cold cereal, tired looking tangerines, make your own waffles, weak coffee - no Danish, no donuts, no bagels. The place is old and tired, one notch above a dump.

No elevator for 3rd floor...out of service. Place torn apart from water leaks no direct acces to lobby

Breakfast was not very good. we arrived at 3:25 PM and our room was not ready. had to come back a half hour later. Al the major networks (ABC, NBC CBS) work not working well due to loss of signal. Tolet was stopped up so they gave us a plunger, no maintenance. Cleaning staff was smoking right in front of the entrance. ice machine out of order. Vending only in the lobby and not a good selection.

There was major water damage, with big dryers running on all the floors. Elevator DIDN'T work, we were told we could NOT have a key to the room because the machine was down. The room smelled like moldy, musty hot room. The curtains were full of mold and the sheets on the bed were not clean, and there were FLIES, about 15 or more in there. I wrnt to the front desk and told her we were canceling the reservation and was told to go through Expedia for a refund. We were told that if we pay cash, we would get the room cheaper, pay when we leave. WELL THOSE “PEOPLE” TOOK MY MONEY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT BEFORE WE EVEN LEFT!!! They had my C.C. number because it is required to hold the room. THEY REFUSE TO GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!!! PIECES OF CRAP PEOPLE. Don't stay there, EVER!!!

Door locks do not work. Staff has to open your room. Elevator not working. Paint falling and peeling in the room. Most plugs did not work. Hair dryer did not work. Not a great stay.

Wasnt given a key, so staff had unlock door whenever we left and returned...left early and wasnt offered a refund... doubt highly i go back

Broken elevator. Fitness room closed/locked during advertised operating hours. No internal access to lobby. Terrible breakfast selections. Milk for cereal was sour.

They had had a water break earlier in the day. But the ice machine was still leaking long after they had that fixed. The bathroom in the room we're on has mold on the ceiling. Several places. Not pleased with that at all. Because of the leak we could not get a key to our room. So every time we had to come in we had to go get someone from the front desk to come and open the door. For us. It appears that they are doing remodeling because there is all kinds of stuff outside all around the place. I am very very disappointed with this place. I asked for a discount because of the total inconvenience and they gave me a discount. If it would have been easy, I would have canceled and gone to the motel just in front of them. I will give credit to the person at the front desk, as they were polite and nice. The breakfast area was skimpy and on the amount of food put out and just not up to par. I normally leave Lee. Very positive reviews on motels unless I feel there is a definite need for something to be done differently. And this place is one of them. By the way. Also the elevator doesn't work thankfully because of all that was going on they said well we're putting y'all on first floor which is nice. Again, I almost always leave positive reviews, but this place definitely left plenty to be desired. Speaking to someone else they said it was the worst place they've ever stayed.

Dirty! Bugs, cobwebs, toilet stained, moldy towels, non wash clothes or soap in the bathroom. Planned on staying 2 nights but checked out after one night! Filthy! Tell me how ro request a refund!

Bathroom was full of mold, bathtub was disgustingly dirty. Broken tiles on the bathroom floor. Whole floor smelled bad.

Mold on the towels and blood on the linens.

There was food wrappers and reciepts inbetween the sheets upon arrival to our room we had 2 very thin sheets to keep us warm the pillows were stained along with the pillow cases the bathroom shower towels were already used and dirty and the tub/shower had a film layer from someone using it and it not being cleaned

My room had black mold in the bathroom, a black substance on the bedspreads, and an unpleasant smell throughout the room.

Stayed one night while on a road trip. Lobby looked nice but thats where it ended. The bathroom was disgusting. Toilet seat was only attached on one side so it swivels when sitting. An elderly oerson could hurt themselves. There was urine under the seat. There were little flies all over the bathroom and room. There was no hand soap in the bathroom. There were stains on the bathroom walls that could have easily been cleaned off. The floor was dirty as well. The dust was thick on the lamp shades. The sheets were all pilled and had stains on them. When on the elevator the lights flickered so we looked up and the light panels were full of dirt and dead bugs. Its understandable that some facilities are outdated but if theyre clean, thats what matters. The Choice hotel chain should be embarrassed that this hotel is associated with their name.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. There was BLACK MOLD, in the bathroom, in the room I stayed in. There are multiple outlets that don't have outlet covers. Also, there are holes in the walls. This place is a health hazard. I would advise people not to stay here.

Should we start witj the black mold all over the bathroom walls and tub? The place was nasty.

Bodily fluids on furniture upon arrival. Returned to hotel and door was not fully shut after the "room service" was complete. Would advise looking at different opportunities if possible.

Room was clean and facilities were good. Friendly, helpful staff. Hot breakfast. Close to the highway so there's some road noise if you're on that side of the building. I ran the fan on the HVAC and drowned it out. TV didn't work.

Our bath tub didn’t drain, some of the light switches in our room did nothing. Two outlets didn’t work. The beds were comfortable, but I also had to lug my luggage up 3 flights of OUTSIDE stairs because the elevator was broken, and there are apparently no step inside the hotel?

3 of the 4 desk lamps they had didn’t work(or bulbs were dead), bath fan didn’t work, tub was dripping water all night, tv issue with basic channels, the hotel parking lot was literally an ice field. “Free breakfast” was literally a waffle machine, and cereal with a surprising working juice station. WiFi was awful, barely any signal, had a sign for ice and vending machines on lobby floor and employee told me they had no vending machines.

No wash clothes or a working hair dryer. Mattress was worn

Broken tiles in bathroom. 1 jet in Jacuzzi tub did not work. Could hear the person in the room next to me snoring. Light from the hallway was coming through the bottom and sides of door. Staff was great.

Clean but very run down. Shower sprayed water all over the bathroom. Carpet loosening. Sheets wouldn’t stay tucked in. Just needs an update

The front desk man was very nice and got our lamp and refrigerator working but in the morning my frozen waters that I kept in a bag to keep my medicine cold was all melted. The refrigerator ran, but wasn’t cold. The water went down very slowly in the tub, which was half clean. The breakfast was scarce and after my husband use a small amount of shampoo, the dispenser was empty. Thank goodness, I had taken some shampoo with me.

It was an economical stay. But not worth it. Literally no soap in the room. Volume on remote did not work. Tub did not drain. And shampoo was out. But there was clearly an envelope for cleaning staff. Breakfast wA less than average. Truly the Belgian waffle was the only option. Cups super small. Would definitely not recommend this location.

The service was terrible. They were not kind not nice.

I booked a room with two queen beds, but the hotel only provided a single queen bed, forcing me to sleep on the floor, which resulted in back pain. The hotel staff blamed Expedia for the issue, but at other hotels I booked through Expedia, I received the two queen beds as requested.

In the morning, the breakfast area was very messy. There was no coffee, the food was not replenished. There was no staff on duty. We had to go out for breakfast. Even by the time we wanted to check out, there was still no staff on duty.

On the last day of my stay Housekeeping decided to knock on the door at 9 am to ask me if I was leaving (checkout is 11am).I had the Do not Disturb tag on the outside of the door but this apparently meant nothing. Again at 10 am Housekeeping knocked and asked me if I was leaving. Front desk manager made excuses but agreed that I should not have been rousted out. Very noisy guests upstairs woke me up at 5:30 am every morning. Broken lights in bathroom. Leaking toilet. Totally disappointing breakfast. Ok if you like waffle or Fruit Loops. 3 days - one aged little apple in a bowl. At least they had orange juice.

When we came inside to check in, we weren’t greeted, but she was on the computer. I told her our name, and was told, “Wait, I’m busy.” After 3-4 minutes, she said, “Your name?” Not at all the friendly interaction generally received. But the rest of the front desk workers we encountered were friendlier. There were lots of bugs inside the window, but we were told they were mayflies that are always there, but they didn’t spray this year because of construction. The hot breakfast was not what we expected due to construction, but there was a variety of options and the lady restocking was very friendly.

When we arrived after 3PM, our rooms were not available. We had to wait in the lobby until the rooms were ready. We were given a motel-style room that opened up directly onto the parking lot. In the evening, there were people tailgating in the parking lot playing loud music. We complained to the management, and they took care of it. There was mold in the bathroom. We planned for a two-night stay but only stayed for one. Currently, we have received two charges totaling $522 for the one-night stay. I called to request a receipt, and I was told to go through the website we booked through. So far, no accurate receipt for our stay.

I got what I expected. The staff was friendly and helpful.

This place made me leave, after paying for my room and the guy at the front desk was very VERY rude.

Having a room in the front is a little noisy and the bright lights from the outside.

Warren is a lovely town, with tree lined streets and the Alleghany River running through it. Alas, the Quality Inn is nowhere near the town (although from an architectural point of view, this is just as well), rather it is at the edge of an industrial estate. We hoped its proximity to a park would compensate, but there’s a highway running across what might have been an access point. Well, never mind, we’re just here to sleep. But oh how tired this place is. Everything is a bit scruffy, in need of TLC and a good wipe. The staff are friendly enough, but not terribly concerned by reports of any problems. I know Quality Inn/Choice Hotels are franchised, and firmly in the ‘value’ category of hotels, but we’ve stayed in bargain motels that are bright and cheery, and this overnight was just depressing.

Best facility in Warren PA. Reasonable rates and generally, good accommodation

very clean, as advertised, nice staff, quiet area and just a hop skip and a jump away from the middle of town where everything is at. enjoyed the stay and would most defiantly choose to stay there again if every visiting the area.

Hotel was fine. Nice and quiet and convenient for the baseball fields my sons travel team was playing at. Waffle iron worked and thats all i needed.

If you want the best bang for your buck, this is it - tucked away in probably the quietest corner of Warren PA sleep without interruption an odd and rare achievement when it comes to hotels. Stayed a 2nd night because it’s a nice little town.

The overall rating is average due to the breakfast that was served. There was practically no options except boiled eggs and waffle batter. No fruits, no bread. The hotel is located on a quite road.

Road construction blocked entrance. Literally had to go off-road to get there.

When we got in the room the fridge was turned off and took all night to get cold, mold on bathroom ceiling and TV was unplugged and took a bit to get it plugged in and figured out. In the morning, the staff put out frozen sausages and when I questioned why they were frozen, they told me that the manager told them to put them out like that.

The bed and room was nice. The bathroom was dirty with dark hairs around and in the shower area. The main complaint was the terrible breakfast. We arrived at 7:30 and there was only one yogurt. No cereal other than Fruit Loops. No bread: no muffins, no bagels, no english muffins. Frankly the worst breakfast bar I have EVER seen! Complaints brought some madarin oranges and apples. Otherwise this review would be 1 star.

The breakfast was limited, and there were a few items missing: bread, coffee cups, etc., but the guy attending the front lobby didn't seem to care.

Room was very clean and comfortable. A hot breakfast was advertised on web site and posted in the lobby. When we cane down this morning, the only thing hot was the coffee. Only 2 cold cereals and make-your-own raffle was available….no hot breakfast, no bread, no bagels, no yogurt or fruit. When I asked about it at the desk, the young lady just shrugged her shoulders….no response was given.

Absolutely degusting. To start We walk into the lobby and one of the owners was sitting in a lounge chair with his fat stomach sticking out of his t-shirt and his bare legs and feet hanging over the arm of the chair. The kid behind the counter was great but the place stunk and was in disrepair. I find it hard to believe that the Quality Inn Hotels would have put their name on this property. You cannot shine a terrible property. I almost forgot, the breakfast sausages were still frozen. Should have slept in my car.

This was not a good place to stay. The elevator shook and the lights blinked. The shower/ tub was dirty. The breakfast was dismal and they ran out of fruit. Very rundown. I would not recommend this property
