Hotel was very dirty, doesn’t look like it has been vacuumed in a while, hot tub was out of service though nothing said that prior to our stay. Ceiling is coming off in chunks in the pool area. Reality is nothing like the pictures. Wish we hadn’t spent money on this hotel. Will not be staying there again.

It shows its age. Common areas have had some touching-up, but hallways and rooms were probably very nice 20 years ago. The pool was not warm enough to use and the hot tub was out of service. Breakfast was standard.

First room they put us in, the heater made a terrible noise and smelled like it was burning. Waited an hour for maintenence that never came. Moved to another room that smelled like BO. Kids were so excited to swim but the hot tub was broken and the pool was SO cold.

Morning breakfast with great scrambled eggs, sausage links, breakfast potatoes, and many other options like yogurt, instant oatmeal, pancakes, OJ, and more was really good. Better than I expected. 24 hour coffee bar was also a step above. Very clean, friendly and efficient staff. Now my go-to hotel for South Jordan area. I'll be staying there again!

Stayed for 4 nights for buisness. Breakfast was good. Indoor pool and hot tub where excellent. Clean and well maintained. Exercise room was well outfitted. Area has all conveniences you could ask for. Staff were all very helpful and friendly. Will definitely stay here again

Poop in the pool, checked front desk twice to let someone know. The gym is tiny! Breakfast area very small but decent food. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Much as I liked this hotel, we chose it because of the hot tub and when we arrived the pool and hot tub were under construction. The front desk did not even mention it and 'deceivingly' proceeded to check us in. They could have phoned me days before to let me know, but didn't. They offered a discount once I requested to talk to the manager. Surprisingly, at that point I got a call from BW letting me know of the issue, they were super nice and offered to comp a night there while we found another hotel. Very impressed with Corporate, but not with this property's management, hence the review. Room was nice, it had a balcony. Breakfast was OK.

Smelled funny. Hot tub was “down” which was a total bummer. I really needed a soak in a hot tub and would have stayed somewhere else if I’d have known. I have a feeling their hot tub is “down” a lot. They don’t want to maintain it is my guess.

My first room had bedbugs. Yikes! The staff was AMAZING and super helpful, and the facility itself seemed clean overall. I ended up getting upgraded to another room, which appeared bedbug free. I understand that any hotel could get bedbugs and it isn't necessarily a reflection on their cleanliness or value, BUT I also think it's fair for families to have a heads-up about the recent bedbug situation.

We would absolutely stay here again. The staff was very helpful. The only thing I would say I didn’t like was our carpets and bedding were filthy. We did stay in a pet friendly room as we have 2 of our own. But my socks were black after one night. Other than that it was great!

We have stayed here countless times and it’s always been adequate for our needs. However, bathrooms are lacking in cleanliness and the attention to details is minimal at best. I’m not super picky, but I always carry bathroom cleaner….to this facility. Otherwise… the rooms are clean and the breakfast is always great and the staff is outstanding and personable.

The breakfast was not very good compared to other hotels I’ve stayed at. The carpets in the room and halls need to be cleaned very badly. The halls were stinky and needed to be cleaned. The bed was comfortable, the shower had great water pressure, and the TV was a good size.

The hallways to the room smelled. The toilet seat wouldn’t stay up. I had to hold it while I peed. The swimming pool had a puddle around it that you had to step in to get in the pool.

There were bugs in our room (bathroom, ceiling, wall, bed). The shower didn't work well. We slept in late most mornings, but house keeping never came back to make up our room for the four days we were there.

The pillows were dirty, the bathtub was full of water from a drip. At breakfast the railing on the wall was dirty and had dead bugs. It was the worst best western I have stayed at.

Staff is polite and attentive. The continental breakfast is okay, although the coffee is quite good. My room was noisy. There’s a flaw in the shower heads that causes them to emit a high-pitched whine for about 10 seconds after they start. That woke me at least once. The heater is loud and cycles on and off through the night. A fire alarm sounded for about a minute at 3am one night, although that probably wasn’t the hotel’s fault. A towel shelf is partially over the toilet, which gets in the way of using the toilet if you’re tall. (It should be moved to the far end of the tub, where it wouldn’t get in the way.) There’s a small pool and 3-person hot tub, which is tantalizing but always occupied during ski season.

One block from the freeway. Restaurants next door. Pool was significantly warmer than other hotels. Delicious hot breakfast. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable, but it's fridge made an annoying high pitch sound every time it kicked on.

The Tv remote was in a specific "clean bag", but when i removed it, it was the dirtiest remote I've seen so far. Plus, they should add microwaves to the rooms. Otherwise, everything was great.

Comfortable room , nice decor , clean too. My only complaint is that our TV wasn’t working and they could fix it. They also couldn’t change our room unless it was to a down graded room without any compensation . Maybe it should be part of the process during cleaning to make sure things are properly functioning.

The beds were very comfortable and the front desk staff was great. That said, the property is pretty old and both rooms we were in had very old air conditioner units that just barely cooled enough. The breakfast was mediocre and the pool while nice, was a bit murky. The staff made every effort to fix the AC and we did appreciate that. The property needs an update.

In the previous 3 months I have stayed at 5 different budget hotels/motels in the SLC area. This one has the most comfortable beds and the quietest environment. Check-in was fast. When I got to the room, and it was beside the elevator, I thought "Ugh! It is going to be noisy all night with the elevator going up and down." Nope, didn't hear a thing. The room is solidly insulated. While the bed is not as comfy as the pillow top I have at home, it was comfy enough to sleep all night. I learned to bring my own pillow a long time ago. The breakfast was good, too. This will be my go-to hotel in the SLC area from now on.

Front desk staff were amazing! Originally booked a room at a different hotel. Upon late arrival, around 10:00 pm, the hotel room was filthy. The bedding had urine stains and hair. We were switched to a different room which was in the same condition. A refund was received and I booked a room at the Best Western which was nearby. Checked into the reserved balcony room at the Best Western around 11:00 pm. I asked the staff member if they could confirm that the bedding was not soiled and hairy. He looked at me strangely and said yes, the hotel rooms are clean. I explained that we were at that hotel because of unsatisfactory conditions at previous hotel. After checking in, we went to the car to grab clothing bags because it was late and I had two sleepy children that needed pajamas. When we walked back in the front desk clerk said that he went to the balcony room to check cleanliness. He said that sometimes the computer shows that a room is ready when the room has not been cleaned and sanitized. He said that the hotel was at maximum capacity and only 2 rooms were available, so he wanted to ensure that the reserved room was suitable. He apologized and stated that the only room available was on the 1st floor, right next to the lobby. I appreciated his consideration in my satisfaction and checked the room. He said the 1st floor room was suitable and suggested that I speak with the clerk the following day to see if a balcony room was available. His kindness was greatly appreciated.

Fine for a one night stay, but other than the location being convenient for our trip, 3 nights wasn’t great. It’s an older property & while rooms are refurbished the age shows. Our room smelled like it was perhaps once a smoking room. Check in was glitchy for a late night arrival despite calling ahead to confirm.

Nice hotel but front check in could be little more friendly. Two women checked in after I did and I noticed that they must’ve been reward members and they were treated a lot nicer and offered water or a bag of chips upon check-in. It just felt a little strange. I didn’t necessarily need the water or the chips just the smiling service.

Clean and in good condition. Comfortable beds. The only problem was that a $50 deposit was held on my credit card upon check-in, and then within 30 minutes, another charge was added to my card for $72.07. The desk clerk had an explanation that didn't make any sense, but she assured me the charge would be removed along with the $50 hold. So far, nearly a week later, both charges are still on my account. I've never had a deposit held this long after a hotel stay. Check your credit card charges closely.
