The rate should speak for itself. I must say, I slept well and there was plenty of hot water. However, the towels were thin and small. The shampoo were in ketchup packages. The shower handle came off in my hand. The outlets were scummy. Ironing board but no iron. The vanity was seriously cracked. Exposed cables reaching across the wall. The door that adjoined the room was broken and the hotel placed a dresser in front of it to keep out people who may open the door. The folder for the key card appeared to have been recycled by previous residents. No elevator if you are on the second floor. No USB connections for charging. Very outdated room but good coffee pot and I slept well. Walking distance to eateries. Third world experience in AL.

Advertised pool yet pool had been cemented over years ago … advertised breakfast from 6 am - 9 am but at 7 am office door locked and no one there and breakfast later only had very minimal breakfast food … noisy neighbors … not very clean - actually had worries about bed bugs but none found.

Everything about this property fits our needs. They accept dogs without any weight limits and it’s the only good hotel in town. It’s right in the middle of town. They are also doing consistent updates on things that were outdated.

Small dogs are welcome if you pay $15. Take it or leave it attitude. My dog is cleaner and quieter than some of the other guest we saw. Breakfast? Yep if you want packets of oatmeal. No OJ or juice. Had a gallon jug of low fat milk sitting out.

When we arrived at the hotel we noticed it was very dirty outside, upon trying to enter our room we had trouble opening the door (needed a swat team). The pillow cases and bed sheets were stained, the roof of the bathroom looked like it was going to cave in. This place is nothing like the pictures.

Hotel smells horrible. The rooms are dirty and dusty, if you could sleep in the bathrooms that would probably be the cleanest place in the entire room. There is going to be properties opening in the Roanoke area very soon; these properties are going shut down this filthy and disgusting place, as it has been taken over by a group of people that do NOT care about it's occupant. Electrical shortages throughout the entire room (plug in one thing & the other side of the room's outlet won't work). I will NEVER stay there again.

This hotel is a 2/5 star rating at most . When I checked in . I spent hours and hours cleaning this hotel up … The bathroom door was broke , stains on the sheets , the hair dryer didn’t work and the refrigerator was just filthy , but it was very spacious & staff was very sweet. The cleaning needs a lot of improving

Was supposed to be a non smoking room.Burn hole in bed cover.room smelled smoky.was supposed to include breakfast. Door was locked to eating area and no attendant at desk. Then would not give me a receipt at check out.will not stay there again.

The rooms were clean but the person at the front office was not helpful at all I asked her to put my two rooms together and she said she couldn’t then I asked her if I had to pay extra I would and she still didn’t want to do it that’s why I will not stay here again at all
