Very clean, staff were very friendly and efficient. Fitness center was disappointing in that there were no weightlifting equipment but loved the pool. The breakfast was ok but would have loved scrambled eggs and bacon. Not a fan of microwave breakfast sandwiches. We requested a late checkout just an hour but they couldn’t accommodate which was disappointing since we had stayed 2nights there and spent over $400.

Beds were super uncomfortable pillows were small hot tub not working which was a draw to the property and room cards kept demagnetizing themselves which was super inconvenient.

My stay was everything I expected and more, it was comfortable and relaxing. It was an amazing experience to have a pool and hot tub just a down the hall from our hotel room. After a long day of adventures with my friends then we’d come back to a nice relaxing hotel it made the experience all the more enjoyable. I do plan to visit again and use this hotel again.

Second time staying here. Fairly new property within the last 3 years or so. Love the pool and hot tub. Rooms are spacious and clean. Wish the breakfast had more options as it's your very basic continental breakfast. Location is right off highway. Would stay here againas long as they don't increase their prices. Priced as it should.

The Baymont in Plymouth is a Sparkling newer facility. It has a warm cozy atmosphere and lovely pool & hot tub that is accessible until midnight! Breakfast has many nice options.

We love staying at this Baymont when visiting family. The staff are so warm, friendly and helpful. This is a newer Hotel and everything sparkles! The poool/hot tub are Great and can be used until midnight! Very warm & friendly breakfast manager whom keeps everything filled and counters continually cleaned. It's becoming our Go to Place even if we have to drive a bit further from a family party venue.

We checked into the room and noticed a few flies. Didnt think much of it. Came back from an event and went right to bed. Son was surfing on his cell phone and began to get swarmed. Wr opened the curtains and descovered HUNDRRDS OF DISGUSTING live flies on the window. We began to kill the flies. It took a couple hours to get them all but, iverall, it was really gross! Complained to the manager who offered a $20 credit. DON'T STAY AT THIS DISGUSTING HOTEL!!!

The lobby was lovely, with warm seasonal decor and smelled amazing. The front desk staff was attentive and welcoming, checking me in quickly and accommodating my only room request (above the 1st floor). I didn't take advantage of the amenities such as the pool, etc. but my room was clean, quiet, secure, and comfortable. Shower pressure was fantastic with ample towels, etc. Only stayed the one night. I guess the only thing I could suggest would be to maybe add a small tray table and possibly footstool to the existing wing-back chair. Since I arrived late, I had grabbed some carry-out dinner. The hard surfaces available were the desk or the nightstand - which worked, but a tray table would have been awesome. Didn't grab any breakfast - but it all smelled wonderful and I regret not grabbing something for the road. Will definitely book again if I'm up in this area!

This is by far the cleanest hotel I have ever been at. When I walked in the lobby it smelled so clean! The clean continued when walking to our room and also in our room! Place was immaculate! Only downfall would be no vent in the toilet/shower area and the water seemed to not let you fully get the soap off. The water might be a town type issue and not hotel. We went to a lovely little Mexican restaurant, Pacifico, for dinner and it was great! The town of Plymouth is so lovely. If I ever come back here I would definitely stay at this hotel!

Very clean hotel, great staff, and decent grab n go style breakfast. They have a 24 hr coffee & tea station, which is always a nice touch. I had a king sized room and it was very spacious. Would absolutely stay again.

This Wyndam serves the same breakfast as the other one in Plymouth and that they label continental. Same Jimmy Dean sandwiches, and the rest carb choices. Rooms were great, Beds were comfortable. Close to Roadside Restaurant.

I was on the 3rd floor, which was full blown construction, which nobody told me. They were sawing until 7:30 pm at night. No one should have been put on that floor. The smell was horrendous. I have stayed at this property at least 3x before. Won’t be staying again. Very disappointed!

Property was nice. Although the property is listed as no pets, the front desk clerk challenged the legitimacy of a service animal, and against ADA rights, requested paperwork. Upon being informed of ADA rights for a service animal, the clerk went on to try to inform us that there were other customers on the same floor who may voice concern of our service animal and so we may be alerted upon notification from our hotel neighbors. This was extremely insensitive and revealed the lack of training of the hotel staff. Very disappointed.

This was a great stay for a weekend at Road America. It cost a little more than we usually spend but the convenient location to the track and shopping/food nearby, having a pool and breakfast made it worth it. We’ll be back for sure! The room was clean and very comfortable.

It was really nice to check in before arriving (since we had such a long drive to the hotel). The kids loved the pool. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The only issue was that there weren’t many options for breakfast and the coffee was incredibly weak.
