The mattress and furniture in Room 102 were exceedingly worn. The location is under renovation. So, there is hope.

pros: Staff was friendly hot tub was hot pool was a perfect temp. there was breakfast room and hotel in general were quiet frequent cleaning They had "breakfast to go" bags with bagels and such that you could grab as you left cons: -Minor maintenance issues (bathroom fan didn't come on, thermostat panel kept falling off the wall, light switches that didn't power anything) -Breakfast was hot but boring. Waffles were good, but everything else seems pretty bland. The oatmeal was runny, the coffee makers in the room don't get hot enough so the in room coffee is warm, brown water. Being in Colorado, we were expecting maybe some bottles of hot sauce or green chili to add some pizazz. Seriously, the gravy, biscuits, eggs, sausages, omelets were just kind of flavorless. -Hot tub/pool didn't open until 7am. The gym was open at 6 but not the pool. As an early morning hot tubber, it was a bummer to have to wait. -You have to pay for parking and one night was snagged the last open spot. Hopefully no one else wanted to park at the hotel that night!

We had no hot water in the shower for the last 4 days out of 7 total. I let staff know and they sent someone from maintenance who assured me it was fixed. When we were only able to get cold water in the shower, I was told a lot of people checked out and used the hot water (morning). We took showers around noon after hiking- still freezing cold. Took one in the evening before going to dinner- freezing cold.

We were supposed to have our room cleaned every other day but it was not. We told the front desk after swimming 2 hours so they could clean our room and it didn’t happen, that we would be gone all afternoon and they could clean while we were gone. Got back in the evening and nothing. I had to go get towels since they were supposed to clean. On Saturday at breakfast at 9 am they ran out of plates, boiled eggs, and the strawberry kiwi water was just water.
