Great room However all the coin operated washing machines were out of order. Went across the way to the Best Western to utilize their coin operated washers and driers.

Would probably never stay here again. The elevator was very slow and crowded. Maybe more appropriate for large group stays.

The pool was supposed to be heated and was ice cold. My kids love water and wouldn't play in it more than 2 mins

Neat inner “courtyard”! I say to get to restaurants and shopping! Pool area could have been cleaner—seemed like they had hosted a birthday party in there.

The pool was filthy and to get towels was a tug of war

Everything is okay but the pool look every dirty my husband and I wanted to go swimming but it was so dirty I said no I’m good. But other then that Everything is good

Overall it was a good stay. No major complaints. I will say the “queen size” beds are not. They might pass as a full size, but that’s questionable to me… Also, the elevator is ridiculously slow and stopped working a few times.

Overall ok. Pool was discolored. Trash on the floor from previous guests. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good. Appreciated gluten free options.

Seems like everyone I say here lately, there are issues with the elevator.

Bed bugs ate my kids up. Manager stated she was sorry and that was it. Also Tv was not working. Front desk said they would send maintenance and never did. Would not recommend

I recently stayed here with my sons but I would not stay again. The carpet throughout the rooms and hotel is nasty, so much so that upon returning after being out all day the room smelled bad. Stains on the linens and over all old and not clean. Also the swimming pool was very cloudy. Got what I paid for I guess.

When we opened the sofa bed there were filthy sheets on it and the bottom of the mattress was all mildew. Went down and showed photos and they switched our room but very inconvenient to say the least. The room definitely has seen better days . Not very clean and dated to say the least. The second room wasn’t much better. Thankful we were only staying one night on our way through.

We found a live adult bed bug. Good experience until then and I have called and left a message for the manager with no response.

When we arrived in our room there were crunched up potato chips on the floor of the living room area of the suite so the place wasnt vacuumed thoroughly. I didnt notice until the morning that I left that the bed cover was dirty and/or stained on the underside that i hadnt previously seen. There were kids in the room above us jumping and running around at 12:30 a.m. this morning and kids and people being loud at 11 and 12 pm last night in the main/lobby area. Clearly the desk staff never told them to be quiet because people might be trying to sleep. Finally, we reported multiple times that the thermostat in our room wither wasnt working properly or something was broken becauae we had it on cool and 68 and it was a balmy 75. It was awful trying to sleep. We notified at least 3 staff members with the promise maintenance would check it out and fix it but nothing ever happened. When we checked out this morning the girl at the desk looked like she just rolled out of bed and never even spoke to us. So rude. I won't be staying here again.

DISGUSTING AND UNETHICAL! Upon arrival, the outside of the facilities were badly lit, hardly any light. People loitering around the entrance/outside of the hotel being loud and smoking. Check in was smooth but when we entered our room and checked the beds, we immediately found bed bug carcasses and leftover food/trash stuffed behind the mattress against the headboard. It was obvious that whoever cleaned our room did not change the sheets properly because of what was left behind from the previous patrons. Who knows how long that food has been stuck there and how many bedbugs are crawling throughout the entire hotel. We were in the room for less than 10 minutes and immediately took our stuff back down to the front desk to complain and ask for a refund. Was told that they could cancel our reservation and that we would need to contact Expedia to start the refund process. Front desk lady assured me that they will communicate with Expedia for my refund. I did exactly what they told me to and contacted Expedia. After 4 days of Expedia trying to reach out to this hotel to speak with the Manager (Robert Fereno) to approve the refund, they were not able to reach him. Expedia then sent me an email saying I would get no refund and only $25 in One Key Cash. I called the hotel to inquire why no refund, got put on hold for 2 hours, still not able to reach manager. It’s obvious they are being avoidant. I now have a case with Choice Hotels Corporate. THIS HOTEL DOES NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS

The front desk ladies were very nice. Our room had 2 cockroaches that we killed and it looked very dirty. Everything was old and grimey. We took the kids to the pool and it was pretty gross and nasty in there too. The AC in the rooms was probably the only good thing. Worked great. The pillows were tiny and uncomfortable never seen such small pillows. Our fridge in our room stopped working suddenly which was very unfortunate because we had milk in there for the kids. Our room smelled like cigarettes too. If you’re just looking for something quick and cheap to just sleep in then it’s fine but if you have kids I would pass up on it.

Hotel was comfortable. Rooms were clean but hallways were not. Walls are extremely thin between rooms so you can hear everything from other rooms - even someone talking in low voices can be heard easily.

The layout is weird. My son’s first comment was, “Which cell is ours?” Still, the room was comfortable and quiet, The WiFi did not work in the bedroom, so we had to use our devices in the living room. The had waffles for breakfast but the batter was seriously runny and which didn’t allow the inside of the waffle to cook all the way. The coffee was also watered down which no amount of sugar could cure.

One thing i can say about the AC was really loud that woke our kids up many times.

Bedroom is so big, They have a living room and a bedroom, which are separate, the bed is very comfortable, and the soundproofing is also good. My daughter and my husband are both very satisfied.

It was good for an overnight stay. The room and living area were a little outdated, and new carpet would be a great upgrade. Overall, the room was sufficient.

Basing this review on our arrival. The first room they sent us to, the AC unit was so loud there's no way anyone could sleep in that room. We went to the front desk, and they gave us another room. That room was at 80 degrees, and after 1/2 hour with the thermostat turned down to 60, the room temperature was 79. This was the hottest day of the year, BUT I would expect better. The hotel is 5 stories, with an atrium and skylights; the central area is quite warm! Front desk sent us to a 3rd room; this room was very cool, and very quiet. The stay was uneventful after this, other than kids in the pool area being noisy until past midnight both nights.

I come to this property a lot when I am traveling up in the nova area and I want to say first and foremost. I always admit with professionalism and courteous front desk staff I also work for comfort Inn choice hotels where I live and I feel so good when I come to the comfort inn in nova, Mary, and Brashir(I hope I am spelling his name correctly!) at the front desk are always first rate and make me feel so welcome. They are always professional, impeccably, dressed, and so bubbly and affirming Kudos to this property!

The location was great, but I was very disappointed with the cleanliness and service. I checked into my room late at night and noticed it was not properly cleaned, especially the bathroom. Since I had two separate bookings, I checked out and back into the same room the next day, and I asked for it to be cleaned while I was out, but the receptionist was rude and unhelpful. This really impacted my stay

No hot water in the entire hotel. Staff was aware of problem, but we were not told when we checked in. Misled by front desk staff. No response to emails to general manager Unwilling to give refund or even a partial refund

The nighttime desk staff was fantastic. Quick check-in, thorough, and friendly. The cleaning staff in the morning knocked on our door 4 times starting at 8:15am. It was very annoying! We didn’t get to the hotel until midnight and we were trying to sleep! We have until 11:00am to check out! Please respect that! The front desk should know if we checked out or not.

I prepaid for a king room. Upon our arrival we were given keys to room. When we entered the room it was 2 full size beds. I go down to the front desk to ask why they gave us the wrong room. The front desk attendant said they were out of KING rooms. I asked why they didn’t tell me that when they first handed me the key. She was like “I don’t know. we have no other king rooms available. Do you still want to stay here?” It’s 10 o’clock at night. What else am I supposed to do. I needed a king bed because my partner just had surgery and needed the space. Very upset and no manager on duty during the evening at check-in or in the morning at checkout. Lazy management.

Easy to get to. Right near I95. Next to multiple shopping areas and places to eat. Breakfast was good. Hot foods and cold. 24 hour coffee and tea.

Personal, I loved the hotel, but sadly both of our rooms were too hot and my friend and i couldn't sleep. We managed to get a third room which turned out great! Breakfast was good too, even though I'd barely made it on time!^_^ The only thing that made us feel uncomfortable were the odd people that would come around, and the strong smell of weed. Overall, I would still come back because it's not too far from the mall and the other shopping centers nearby.

This place was a great location and Hotel itself with a good breakfast. Kids liked pool, also IKEA, Costco, Walmart almost with a walking distance.

I was pleasantly surprised. I wasn't expecting much, but it's a fairly nice hotel. The rooms are very large, with beds set in the back of what is essentially a two room setup with a living space in the front. This helps a lot with noise at night. The rooms themselves are in very good shape and quite comfortable, unlike the common interior of the hotel which is a bit worn. The elevators are a bit scary, and one broke down while I was there. Warning, the breakfast is pretty subpar, even by hotel breakfast buffet standards.

The sheets didn’t look like they were changed. The breakfast was average. Lacking fresh fruit and yogurt. The tv remote control was broken. Our stay was for two people, a king size bed and all they provided was one shampoo and one conditioner and soap. Not the best plave
