Hotel was way over priced for the rooms. Beautiful location but building didn't offer elevators or ice machine/vending on 2nd floor. Rooms were terribly small for the price.

The hotel overlooks Lake Pepin, so the location and view couldn’t be better. There are very few hotels in the area, which make this a gem, but a bit pricey for what it presents. The breakfast was good. The hot tub was lukewarm, but the pool was big. We had to wait for towels, as they were in the drier when we went to the pool.

Hotel way fine. Not excellent not bad. Just fine. Walls were thin and any time people talked in the hall we could hear every word in our room and it woke me up several times in night and early early morning. Staff was very nice at check in and check out. There was a red blood stain on our sheets that I didn’t notice until the morning and it wasn’t from us. Yuck!!!

Check in was quick even though there was a new employee training. The hotel smells nice and is very clean. The room was so clean I was shocked by it. We have views of the river and ability to open the window for a little fresh air. Would stay here again! There are so many things to do in this town and the neighboring towns I wish we would have booked a longer stay.

We stayed in the 1-bedroom suite with king bed and Murphy bed in the living room and loved it. It was spacious, lots of seating and a gas fireplace. Beds comfortable, hotel was clean, breakfast was good, staff very nice and great location across from the lake. Looking forward to staying again!

Wonderful service at check in and very clean and comfortable property. Our room was very clean with a great lake view but unfortunately the mattress was very cheap and uncomfortable.

Went with a friend, each had our own room. I immediately told the front desk girl that my room smelled terribly musty and that i was allergic to mold. When i asked for a new room, she said she couldn't switch rooms, even though it was obvious the hotel was not busy. She acted very "put out" and finally gave me a new room at the opposite end and a different floor, far away from my friend. I know there were other rooms closer, but i didn’t ask for one. Very unfriendly..

We had a great time staying here! The staff was kind and helpful. When we arrived there was a power outage on the whole block and the manager worked hard to do everything she could to get power restored. About 4 hours later we finally got power! The breakfast buffet was great 😃.

It was all good except the Woman that worked the front desk during the day was not very friendly. She really had a chip on her shoulder..I encountered her on different days...so I don't think she was having a bad day. The girl who worked in the evening was friendly and helpful.

Property is nice, it's well located near tons of good food locations (No I'm not talking about the Burger King practically next door) and you can go north and explore the twin cities if you want or south and go to Wabash and Winona and then there is the beautiful view of the lake and river right out the front door. For being by a major road it's quiet and the staff are nice folks. I will likely be staying again.

This hotel was clean and quiet. This hotel is no Winn, but for this area its pretty good. Free breakfast that has a waffle and omelet machines, were you can have a hot fresh food. This hotel will be the only one My family and I will stay at when we come back to Lakecity.

Their hot tub is amazing! Very powerful jets- really relieved our achiness from our long trip! Very quiet even though hotel was very busy! Staff are very nice and helpful! Breakfast options are great! Make your own omelets, waffles and mini waffles - plus all your usual and then some! Beds very comfortable and everything so clean!

I have stayed at numerous Best Western hotels and this location is definitely nicer than a lot of others. You can see the interior of the hotel has been updated recently. Very nice breakfast area and outdoor patio. Great, walkable location. My only recommendation would be to upgrade the shampoo, conditioner, lotion and soap in the room. And replace coffee makers with Keurig's. We very much enjoyed this hotel and will stay here again when in the area.
