Staff was horrible and extremely rude..there was hair in bathtubs. Toilet paper holder came out of the wall as..exterior doors were not secure..we didn’t have to use our key to enter building...food crumbs in dresser drawers..website states continental breakfast there was none ..no coffee in the morning.we have pictures and videos of nasty rooms! I have worked in a hotel and inspected rooms for holiday inn express!! This is acceptable!

The only likeable part was a comfortable bed. The facility has no elevator for the second floor (not disclosed when booking). I am 79 years old and having to go up stairs to the second floor with luggage is not acceptable. TV did not work upon arrival. Soap dispenser on wall was empty! Desk clerk gave me a small tube (.75 ounces), but not enough to be able to take a shower! No glasses or cups for water to take my nightly pills. The next morning discovered the carafe was missing for the in room coffee maker with no cups, despite the packets with coffee and sugar!! The carpeting on steps and hall were filthy. A thorough cleaning is definitely needed to make this site bookable. This site certainly merits a visitation by the Red Roof management.

Hallways smelled like cat pee, they allow pets. The room smelled musty when we went in, the sheets & towels in room were stained. Hairs in the tub & on the towels.

There was blood splatter on lamp shade, bathtub and comforter. Walls had damage to them and doorframes were chipped. Hadn’t been painted in decades probably! Awful. My daughter-in-law wouldn’t let me stay and immediately took me to another hotel. Front desk still charged me for the night even tho I was there a total of ten minutes. Horrible place.

It was close to the Green Dragon Farmers Market. The room was dirty. Bed had dirty comforter and blood on mattress cover. I pulled all the bedding off and told the clerk. The house keeper put the dirty bedding back on. The bathroom had hair all around the toilet that you could tell had been there a good while.

Not good. Room was dirty, floors are sticky. There was no soap in the bathroom. Seems like a place that needs some investment but ownership is too cheap to spend. I’ve stayed at other Red Roof Inns that were great. This one was not!

Gross and disgusting. I booked 2 rooms for myself, husband and 5 kids to stay at after a 6 hour over night drive and day at Hershey Park. When you walk in the lobby you smell stale cigarettes and weed. I was willing to let some things slide because of the price point. I had called ahead asking if they had portable cribs for my babies but they said no, so we brought our own. We were assigned two room (not adjoining like we had booked) on the second floor with no elevator access. So we hauled everything up the smelly staircase. When we got the rooms we were met with a dirty room. Urine and make up stained bedding, dead bugs, mold in the bathroom, scuffed walls, flooring pulling up. My final straw was the milky, cloudy water that came from the sink. Couldn’t even brush my kids teeth. We had checked in at 3:00 and we were loading everyone up to leave just hours later because there was no way I could have my family stay there. The front desk offered no assistance or remedies to the issues, just let me know there was no way I would be refunded even when I had not even asked for one. 100% do not recommend.

We called to see if we can check in at 1pm instead of 3pm, because our event started at 2. We were told it was ok because check out is at 11, and they should have rooms ready, and no additional charge. We got there, and they said it was an extra $30 per room to check in early. I told them we called and was told no problem and no extra charge. So he said $20 per room. I had no choice since our event was still 20 minutes away from the hotel. So it cost an extra $40. Next the wash cloth on the sink was dirty. I brought to the night desk guy, who said it looked like someone stepped on it. So he gave us a clean one and an extra towel. Next the toilet paper was almost empty and no extra roll. So I went back, and he gave us a new roll. Then my friend went to take a shower, and he noticed a big clump of dried hair on the shower wall. He comes out to tell me, and notices there are stains on the bed spread, a cigarette burn also, he pulls up his sheets and the appear dirty too. He went to tell the night guy, who came in and took pictures of it all, he said he was going to report it. He clean the shower, gave us new bed linens. The blow dryer did not work either. Stains on the lamps too. The second room the tv would not work. I was told by many Red Roof were nice places. This was not. Don’t think I would use one again.

The hotel was less that appealing on arrival including the lobby that contained only vending machines, a dirty coffee maker and a sofa. The hallways and doors were scratched up and the first room they gave us they could not get the door open due to the interior lock sticking. The room we ended up with was not bad at first sight but as we were there I noticed hairs on the floor in the bathroom including the toilet and tub. The floors in the room looked like they could use a good cleaning. The freezer section of the fridge was a frozen block which was unfortunate as I needed to freeze my ice packs. The beds were surprisingly comfortable and clean. Overall this is not somewhere i would stay again, but we made due. Also, at 1015 the staff were knocking on our door to see if we were gone, we planned to check out at 11, but felt pressured to leave sooner.

We stayed 3 nights we got there after 7 pm driving from Rhode Island we checked in employee was friendly and we got in the room the tv wasn’t working had to wait till 8:15 ish for someone to come in and fix it. Bed was comfortable pillows were a little flat , I brought one with me I always do when I travel. The bathroom was dirty hairs on the floor and rings around the toilet and tub, mirrors was also dirty dusty lamps with a stain on one of the shade. Everytime we left and came back the key card would not work and had to wait in the lobby for the employee to activate it I guess other guests had the same issue. The hallway stinks of cigarettes. Front lobby was cleaner than the room but overall ok..

The hotel is decent enough- clean and friendly staff. Fine if you just need a place to crash, but definitely not rated high for comfort/rest. The mattress was rock solid and hurt to sleep on. Pillows were flat and hard. You could hear every single noise down the hall, and hear people in other rooms alarms go off. Definitely did not get a good nights sleep either night here.

The staff who checked me in Friday evening was not friendly and unacceptable customer service. He was helping another guest, came over to me and not saying anything i said i have a reservation. He said i need your ID. Took good ole time, finished out other customer, put a paper up for me to sign and not telling me what to sign. Slapped the key card up in envelope. Never explained how to get to room RUDE.

Please don't stay here! The front desk staff was rude to my mom, friends, and me. My friends wanted to see the room before checking in, but after the experience, they asked me to cancel their reservation. However, the hotel refused to cancel it once they arrived. There was noise during quiet hours, and someone was using the washing machine between 12 and 2 a.m., which caused my service dog to bark all night. They overcharged me. I requested new towels but never received them, and the ones provided were stained. There's a scratch on the door that my dog didn’t make, and at night, we could smell weed in the building. Plus, there was no 'Do Not Disturb' sign in the room, and the hallway smelled like smoke in the morning.

Many improvements to the place since I started coming several years ago. Sanjay (hope I spelled right!) was very kind and helpful. I got my checkout day wrong and he made arrangements for me to have another night. Will definitely come again.

Decent for the price and nice to walk to the Dunkin Donuts right behind the building. However, check out was at 11. at 10:50 they knocked on the door. I said we we getting the last of our things together and we would be out in a few minutes. I walk out alone with a few bags and as soon as I walk out the worker asked if he could go in. I said no that I had more bags and my partner was still in there. As I came back in he followed me down the hallway. I asked him to stop following me, and that I was really grabbing one more set of bags and leaving. I know we were getting out a few minutes late (less than 10), but it made me uncomfortable and I think it could have been handled better.

We arrived and could barely understand the person at front desk . The lobby was dirty and unkept. The person at front desk was rude and unwilling to help with concerns and questions we had . We were placed on the second floor and when I asked about elevator thats when we were told no elevator that we would have to carry our luggage up the stairs and the 2 rooms that I booked were not even beside each other . I told the attendant that we would not be staying to cancel our 2 day reservation

Gave us a place to stop and sleep on a long trip. Very professional check-in process. Facility is a little rundown, but was clean. Only hotel where I’ve stayed that had Narcan taped to the wall above the sink…it was a little hard to feel safe after I saw it.

Large room with king bed. Room and bathroom were clean. This is the most reasonable motel in the area when you want to go to the antique stores. Rooms were recently renovated but the flooring in our room was already showing wear. There is no breakfast but next door is a Dunkin Donuts and down the street is a Diner.

Dirty seems like a section 8 hotel. Suspicious looking people in the lobby banging noise all night. Final straw, opened the coffee pot and there’s hair in it! I am leaving 3 hours early I’ll sleep in the truck.

One towel, needed to ask for additional, The one they gave me was paper thin. The coffee urn (1) was empty, indicated to clerk there was none, desk person took his break & never made additional . At that point we had to leave. Hot- cold shower lever was reversed... Giving difficulty to get hot water. Sunday morning, no hot water for a shower. Sink faucet water was cloudy for water to take medicine.

the sink was right onthe left side as you enter the room septrate from the bathroom in the open space there was abottle of water left in the microwave phone did not because it bwas not plugged in . heat had to be set on 90 degree before it would heat the room and when you dropped the temerture it would force cold air out so you either wascold or very hot housekeeper came into room while we were there without knocking first
