We stayed two weeks ago, and the pool was clearly not maintained. The hot tub was down as well. It’s one of the amenities you were looking for are a nice pool, I would find elsewhere.

It was hard to find because there is no signage on the main road. The employees were very friendly! The breakfast was pretty good. The hot tub was broken, so that was a bummer, and the rooms were ok. The renovation was rushed and sloppy, looking. and no usb hookups to charge my phones in the room. But over all our stay was good.

Their were stains on the bathroom walls, bathroom towels had stains, found a vug in the shower. Doors wouldnt lock correctly which resulted in the person staying besiide me trying to get thrir door closed and locked for over an hour at 12:30am in the morning.

Ants were found in our bathrooms and in the bedroom area. Bathroom floor and walls were not clean and the headboards were covered in dust. Overall the hotel has a good aesthetic, but once you start looking closer it’s evident that things are simply being covered. For $120 per night, I expect better.

Ii am sorry but the cleanliness of the hotel was bit off the mark. Also, the shower products dispensers were empty. The toilet handles were dirty. The breakfast area was clean and good, however. Other than that, it was a place to rest our heads for a late night.

The room had a very strong mildew odor. It was awful, but we were only going to be there for 9 hours so we just sprayed perfume and became nose blind to it. I was told by the hotel staff they think the roof has a leak and is what is causing the odor and they are working on it. Just gross. Why would you rent the room? I will never stay at a Fairfield again.

Best hotel breakfast. Very clean rooms. I have a $20 pending charge that I hope will fall off soon. The light in 102 flickered in the bathroom and needed changed. Otherwise, everything was excellent.

VERY LOUD! You can hear the traffic all night long! Safety was a bit of a concern when we open the room door and it looked like the door frame had been broken before and the hotel had attempted to reinforce the door jam and lock area.

Light bulb in RM 235 needs to be changed. Wall paper in corner of room peeling away from the wall. Lamp fixtures are loose and need to be tighten up. Everything else seems to be good.

Overall it was fine for what we needed. The shower was nice. The air conditioner covering was on the floor when we got to our room and they put it back on with duct tape, and our lock didn’t work properly so you had to mess with it (per the staffs suggestions), but overall the stay was fine for the one night we needed it.

As soon as we walked in to our room, there was a smell of mildew. When I called to see if there was a room we could move to, the front desk person did not empathize or apologize, and when I asked for another room, he accommodated, however the available room would not suit our needs.

The first room they sent us to, hadn't been cleaned yet. They had a glitch in their system. The second room was great. Clean, plenty of space for the 3 of us. We enjoyed our stay. The desk staff was very helpful and apologetic about the mix up.
