easy on/off the highway, the welcome greeting at the desk was terrific, the facility overall was very clean, the pool area was very disappointing and a key element for my booking decision, the pool was murky, the entrance door was kept open with duct tape and the hot tub is closed for repairs

Everything was nice, the pull out bed had stains on it and the hot tub was broken, the pool was also freezing like it shouldn’t have been available to public.. it might’ve been out of order as well. It was also really dark on the inside. The breakfast was great and hotel was quite and nice overall.

VERY disappointed! Reserved THREE rooms at this hotel because it was advertised as having an indoor pool. That was my main reason for the reserve was for the pool. We were traveling with 5 kids and got them all ready to go to the pool. Only to find out the water was ice cold! When questioning the staff they said they have ordered a part before Christmas. This should have been disclosed to me. I had specifically chose the pool as a must have amenity. When talking to the staff they said there was no way they could help us because I booked through a third party. I want an adjustment to my pay.

NO INSIDE HOT TUB EITHER IT WAS UNDER CONSTRUCTION OR BEING TAKEN OUT LIKE ADVERTISED AND POOL WAS INSIDE AS WELL BUT NOT HEATED AS ADVERTISED!!! The whole reason for the choice of that motel…. A true bummer, everything else was great and lady at front desk was very nice

The room had ants and the bathroom had black mold in the corners. We had to go back to the front desk and change rooms. Still saw a few ants in the next rooom. We checked out immediately the next morning as we were only in town for a graduation.

We only stayed one night on our way through to TN but it was comfortable, welcoming and convenient. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good. My only complaint was the pull out couch was dirty. Looks like somone spilled something on the mattress and there were crumbsso and no sheets on it so my son opted to sleep lwith us.

The good: Check in and check out was efficient. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast was decent. The bad: The room smelled a little like mildew. The shower was not fully cleaned- there was still hair from the last person on the wall! The pool was ice cold.

Just ok, the room looked clean, but didn’t feel clean. The pullout couch had a urine stain on it with no sheets or blankets for the pullout couch. We booked five of us for check-in but they only suppled us with three towels and three wash clothes . With five of us washing up the bathroom steam very fast with no ventilation or windows . it wasn’t just our type of room. I give it three stars because it was good for one night, by the way, we did check out one day early and lost paid room day because we wasn’t really happy.

This was a quick overnight trip with friends to attend a concert. We were given rooms right next to each other, which was great. Staff was courteous and helpful, the rooms were very clean, the breakfast options were good, and the location was convenient. This was our second time booking this hotel, and I'm sure there will be more in the future!

Key lock didn’t work and had to change rooms. No liens in room for pull out sofa. Shower was old and needing a lot of repair. But the bed was very comfortable and staff were great. We just stayed just the night as we were passing through..

Friends weekend getaway. For the price was good. Staff was very nice from the cleaning crew to front desk. Breakfast was surprisingly decent. Bed was comfortable but air conditioning was noisy. Thank you. We felt safe and welcome. See you in a few months. Will say with you guys again.

Just wasn't the most pleasant stay. The shower had little water pressure; due to the fact it was spraying out of the bath faucet rather than the shower head. It had a slow drain so, by the time I was done with my shower I was ankle deep in water. You couldn't change the TV to HDMI it was stuck on cable. So, I couldn't watch the shows I wanted to watch on Netflix or any other app. Doesn't seem like much but I was at a different hotel the night before in another city and it was much more pleasant. Would not reccommend this location.

Analog TV in room, not HDTV (are you kidding me?) Oh, but there was HDTV in the lobby. No phone in room to call front desk or request wake-up call. Clock/radio in room was impossible to operate...would need the instruction manuel to figure it out. No exhaust fan in bathroom to help alleviate steam. AC unit worked, but had to "trick it" to blow cool air. I will never stay at this Comfort Inn again.

We came in about 9:00 pm so got 330 way down the hall and no king beds available. The air conditioner was very noisy with metal ringing sound when cooling kicked in and we could not sleep. The nice gentleman at the deck allowed us to move to 332 with better air but either next door or across the hall there was a party very loud and lot of slamming of doors. We went to bed around 11:00 - 11:30 with a loud sound machine to driwn out the noise. Also, not sure why breakfast ends at 9:00 am and not 9:30 or 10:00 like other Comfort Suites and Inns.

Arrived on check in day approximately 4 hours before check in. I didn’t expect a room to be ready but I noticed only 2 other vehicles in the large parking lot. The front desk employee was extremely rude and told me under no circumstances could I check in before 3pm. I asked if I could use the pool before the 3pm check in and she told me I wasn’t allowed to use the pool either. There was no one in the pool as I viewed from the lobby. Room was fine but the employee was extremely rude.

The receptionist when we checked in, Audra, was phenomenal-- incredibly polite and helpful and made check-in while driving cross country smooth and easy. The next morning, with different front staff, an attempt was made by breakfast room staff to deny my travel partner's service dog entry on the basis of it being a dog, despite being task-trained to mitigate her disability, so more education on the Americans with Disabilities Act and service dogs' rights is necessary overall (again, Audra, the front desk person at night was knowledgeable, polite, and friendly).

Tim at the front desk was wonderful. He was friendly and very helpful. The room was nice and clean and we had a wonderful breakfast of fresh scrambled eggs, and sausage. The only negative which really was not their fault was the building had been struck by lightning the week before, so the Jacuzzi wasn’t working I don’t view that as a problem that could happen to anyone. I would recommend this place to anyone

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights as it was between my two sisters' homes, one in Roanoke and one in Elliston. We liked the spacious rooms with a couch f, microwave, and refridgerator. We loved being across the street from Angelle's. We had dinner one night and brunch another day. My husband could walk to the Food Lion for snacks.

When we arrived, we needed to walk our dog before settling in. We walked the perimeter of the parking lot and noticed some homeless people's makeshift tents about 20 feet into the woods. It made us a little uncomfortable. It also made me think about leaving my car in the parking lot. We did not experience any bad issues fortunately.

The lobby and hallways were freezing, the heat wouldn't shut off in the room, the heated pool was maybe 60° if we were lucky. There was no breakfast served the last day of stay and the fridge in our room went out and we lost $40 of food and the hotel staff did nothing
