As a last minute option (we booked it while sitting in the parking lot!), we were extremely happy with our choice. Friendly staff, clean room, wonderful breakfast, and even a no cost EV charger! We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if we are traveling through this area. First rate!

The hotel and our room were clean and the breakfast was great! The outdoor patio off the breakfast area was really nice and quiet. Easy parking and good restaurants near by. Very convenient to get to downtown Roanoke, the Blue Ridge Parkway, and Salem. We would definitely stay here again!

The air quality in the room was poor. Very humid and sticky even with the air conditioner on. The air conditioner was not very effective in the lobby area and hallways. They all felt stuffy. The coverlet on the top of the bed was stained and very unappealing. The staff was very friendly.

Rooms were super comfortable. Staff were kind and professional. Loved the many areas to sit and read in lobby area. This is one of the Hampton Inns with a comfortable and cozy feel instead of slick and new. Really appreciate that. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choices. Will definitely stay here again.

Upon arrival the staff was friendly and helpful; however, the hall to my room(101) the humidity and heat hit you in the face. i was concerned about the a/c not working. once i was in my room the a/c wouldn't cool the room off. at one point it was 77 degrees in the room and the a/c would not stay on. I also will note that the bathroom shower was so strong that it flooded the bathroom during the shower. I had to use all of the towels in the bathroom both nights of my stay to clean up the water in the shower. My second morning, i grabbed a coffee and as i was almost through the lobby one of the ladies screamed at the top of her voice, "good morning!: i am okay with a moring greeting but the tone and decibel of her voice was like she was at a Salem Red Sox game. too much for 6:00 a.m. As for the location it was very close to my conference but not sure I shouldnt have stayed at the other Hampton Inn in town. Keep in mind my company stays in Hampton Inns consistantly throughout the year.

The staff at this location was amazing. It is conveniently located by the hospital. My family spent over a month at the location. The staff was friendly, understanding, and most importantly sincere. They worked with us daily to make sure we had a room if needed and accommodate us as needed. The room was clean, and staff was always working on the appearance of the hotel. The lighting was also very nice in the parking lot as a lot of times we were walking from the hospital to our room after dark.

The staff was wonderful. We loved the wide assortment of breakfast items to choose from. Very clean and well kept. Love the 24 hr free coffee and tea in the lobby. Excellent stay. Will definitely go back again.
