When we checked in the lady was super nice! Informed us we could stay past 12pm check out. And if we were in the hot tub past 12am, that was okay too. Very friendly staff! The king bed was pretty hard. The rooms were clean! The breakfast wasn’t that good at all but nice selections The traffic and train was a bit noisy for sleeping but overall okay for one night after a wedding.

We had a great stay and thought the hotel was really nice. Staff was amazing, friendly and helpful. We spent a lot of time at the pool and hot tub, both were wonderful. Though I’d suggest bringing a beach towel as the pool towels were pretty small and could wrap around the adults. Breakfast was great, small continental breakfast but there were still enough options for everyone. The hotel was also conveniently located next to restaurants, grocers, coffee shops, etc. Overall, great experience!

The property is built on a swamp - I was told by the front desk staff. After a rain the room smell like mold / is musty. Not sure if that is a “Buffalo” think or a hotel thing. The front staff were nice.

Quiet. Small (not many rooms—nice) Personable receptionist; professional presence. CLEAN room. No smell of industrial cleansers—thank you for that. Nice breakfast area. I don’t come to this area often, but would choose to stay here if and when I did. Not your typical mid-range American hotel.

For some reason, upon arrival, I was told our reservation had been canceled. I never received notification (or refund) for this, and they said perhaps a staff member made a mistake. Luckily, they had openings and were able to get us a room without us having to pay a second time. Pool was nice and warmer than most. Only complaint was the air conditioner didn't work great, so the room was warm and muggy. Overall, would stay again if we needed somewhere in Buffalo to stay.

We stayed and the Buffalo Country Inn and Suites because of the location for the purpose of our visit It is not a 4 star, but a very decent basic hotel. We only encountered one unfortunate incident with a member of staff. We had a problem with the heater in the room and Emma was very rude and unkind about it. However, later another employee, I believe she was the manager, took care of it and was wonderful about it. We also found moldy fruit in the fruit bowl for breakfast. The breakfast was ok. If we have to go back, we'd stay there again.

Was charged for days I didn't stay, Left reservation early even though we let them know ahead of time. Also had paid for the trip insurance figuring our reservation may change over the week. No receipt provided and just charges on the card. Receipt was asked for but could not be provided by front desk, they told us it was due to checking out early.

I like this property. I thought there were bed bugs. I was waking up with bites in my thigh and only on my thigh. I told them and they promptly had the pest control come out and inspect. To be honest the Super 8 next to them definitely had them. I went in the super 8 lifted the bed and saw them crawling. Took me 4 minutes from the time I checked in to identify them. So when I was noticing bites at the country inn I was shocked. The pest control guy came quickly ruled out bed bugs at country inn. I was just so pleased that they were nice and understanding about the situation and knew I needed piece of mind. They acted quickly.

Hard to get to, roads around the property are kinda strange. Apple maps tried to take us through the adjacent dodge ram dealer parking lot to get to the hotel. There is not throughway from there. Also the breakfast area is pretty small, a sports team of kids all showed up with their parents at the same time, no tables and elbow to elbow in line... other than that it was very nice and clean, quiet.

The breakfast was not good. For the amount of money they charge, very poor quality. No real oatmeal, no hard boiled eggs, no microwave in the breakfast area, no cookies on the Friday evening out in the general area by the coffee. Keys did not work on second day. No gym on site,
