Stayed 2 nights

The breakfast area needs some cleaning on the top of the chairs. There was syrup on several chair tops and backs. Other than that everything was ok

Everything seemed fine at first. But then it turns out there’s mold on the bathroom walls. A very noisy whooping and hollering party came in around 2 AM and the floor manager did nothing about it. I don’t know why they insist on having those folded up pillows that even when you unfold them are too tall to sleep on. Also confusing why they shut down breakfast at 9 AM on weekends.

Took 20+ minutes to “find” an available room for our reservation. The room hadnt even been cleaned after the prior guest. Another group attempting to check in were given a keycard to a room that still had another guest’s bags. Place is apparently having a lot of trouble right now. Would not recommend

Unfortunately, when this hotel was run by the previous management, it was much higher quality. The first bedroom that we were given reeked of cigarettes smoke although it was supposed to be non-smoking. Now that best western took it over, it has taken a very bad turn. The beds are still comfortable, which is good. However, the bedding did not seemed like it had been washed, dried drool and hair on the pillows, etc. We were not given more than two towels, and had to request more. Even though our bedroom was reserved for five people. There were no towels in the spa area. The breakfast was not good. The front receptionist was as helpful as she could be, but, she had a lot of problems to address, and was constantly busy helping people because the facility was not properly maintained, and her equipment kept malfunctioning on her. I will avoid staying there in the future.
