Check in was ok. Got to our room there was somebody else's food in our refrigerator. The front desk did not seem to think that that was an issue. There were stains on the floor from the previous desk as well as coffee, stains on the counter in the bathroom that had not been cleaned up either. We also called the facility the day before to find out if the pool is open and we were told it was not. when I arrived to the check-in counter it was obvious that the pool was open. The girl at the front desk said it was a miscommunication with Expedia. However, I called the hotel directly and was told that the pool is not open.

Was easy to find right off the exit. Seemed like a newer property. Nice open lobby with 24 hour coffee and tea. Breakfast really good and lots of selection. Room was clean and you have your choice of maid service on a daily basis. Keurig coffee maker in the room which was nice. We would stay there again.

Only thing was we had our granddaughter with us and promised her she could swim. But after check in we found out the was down to be cleaned. Other than that it was fine. Lots of local things to do.

Overall fantastic experience. The pool was closed during our trip because a pipe in the roof burst the day before we went, so that sucked. The door to my room was very difficult to open and shut. The breakfast was fantastic. Every morning we were greeted with smiling faces, the housekeeping staff were more than happy to give up extra coffee and cups even though we refused service the whole week. I will definitely be going back.

We booked here to use the pool. It was closed. Only found out not to drink the water because we saw a random sign by the ice machine. Usually only book holiday inn. Might not now though. Expensive considering the lack of what we wanted

We have stayed at this facility before and returned because our other stay was so great. The only issues we had were that we never figured out how to use the safe and it was noisier than our last stay. Someone's dog was in the hall barking during the night and every door that was shut made a thud when it closed. The bed was comfortable and the room was perfect for our needs.

Shower was filthy. Some extremely dirty person had used it & the cleaning staff didn’t bother cleaning the dirty handprints from the walls or the filthy shower curtain. Drains barely run. Otherwise, fine.

Our room smelled bad. I did spray Lysol which helped. There was no iron in the room but there was an ironing board. The bathroom wasn’t very clean. The check in staff was really nice. There was a lot of noise in the hallways throughout the night.

I was a little disappointed. There was truly a hump through the room. Big enough that you walk on a small slope. There was also blood (fresh or stain I couldn't tell) on under side of comforter and on shower curtain. They were small spots, but spots none the less.

Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was ok. The room looks nice initially but once you settle in, you relize it's run down. The floor tiles in the bathroom had missing grout and were coming up. The bathroom door would not close. The sink had stains around the edges. The toilet looked like had stains. The sheets and pillows had stains. The sheets were torn. The hotel sprays a fragrance in their hallways and in the room. It have me a headache. Maybe they were masking a bad small? My two colleagues mentioned similar conditions with their rooms as well.

The property is perfectly located for shopping, dining and fun. Only downfall was the shower curtain rod was pulled loose from the wall and drooping, making it hard to keep it closed while we showered. Otherwise, friendly staff and nice amenities.

Very nice lodging for my Mom and my visit to the Cincinnati Outlets. Convenient and comfortable beds and very clean. Good breakfast with a Biggby Coffee shop right next door!

Overall the stay was fine. Close to shopping, casino, and dining. Hotel was very busy and noisy. Breakfast bar was very well maintained and good. Had paid for hotel in advance and they placed another nights stay hold on my card. Still waiting for charges to drop off. This put a crimp on my budget for the weekend.

We always have good experiences at Holiday Inn and Holiday Inn Express. This trip we felt the breakfast was not up to standard. sausage was cold and dry and tasted more like a dry hamburger . The biscuits were dry as well. My personal opinion is that I prefer the scrambled eggs over the pre fab omelets.
