I really enjoyed my time at Worldmark! The pools and lazy river were amazing! The resort was clean & the grounds were well kept. It was great to have an arcade room, ping pong tables, pool tables, tennis courts & a basketball court to use! I will definitely be returning & recommending this property to others!

Review for WorldMark Indio: 3/5 Our stay at WorldMark Indio had some highs and lows. The property itself is very clean and has a lot to offer, including several grills, pools, and hot tubs—plenty of options for relaxation and entertainment. The big suites and scenic views were definitely a highlight, adding a touch of luxury to our experience. Unfortunately, we encountered a few issues. The lazy river was closed for our stay, followed by the arcade and business center later on, which was a bit disappointing. Additionally, a structural issue in the room next to us led to us being offered a refund for part of our stay, which I was told would be processed within 7-10 days. However, this was later changed to 3-6 weeks, and I still haven’t received the refund, which has been frustrating. Overall, WorldMark Indio is a nice, clean, and safe property with spacious accommodations, but these service mishaps dampened the experience somewhat.

WorldMark Indio is a wonderful property, my family and I will definitely be returning. It’s a spacious property with 2 large pools, several hot tubs, lazy river, splash pad, kiddie pools, arcade, business center, and much more. We felt right at home on this property with anything we needed right there at the resort!

Kids really enjoyed the last river. Area was clean and water temp in the lazy river and got tub were perfect. Enjoyed the one room suite. But all the BBQs worked, but there were so many I was able to get to a working one to cook dinner. Game room was fun.

This room and whole resort is very clean. 2 big pools and 2 kids pools and playgrounds were very nice. The only thing that was not good is their cooked food, better off bringing your own food to the pool.

This is the second time my family and I have stayed here, and BOTH times we found cockroaches in our room and bathrooms. Walls are paper thin and the towels are always dirty. Beautiful on the outside, dirty inside

The property amenities were good but our room had some deficiencies. There were tiles missing around the tub and what appeared to be mold in this area. There was a lot of dirt under the dining room table base. The dining room light fixture was yellowed and appeared to have water damage. The cabinets were chipped in several places. The music in the common areas was overly loud at times and raunchy.

The hotel was big, rooms were nice great kitchen lots of bbq grills , how ever i did kill 2 roaches n found a bonbon full of hair in my bedroom, not to mention i unclogged my own bathtub the hair i took out was long like really long black n blonde then my bathtub worked great. Lots of tables n chairs by the pool.

I love the pools and the atmosphere. However, my bathroom toilet was not cleaned. Even after I cleaned it, my son who has autism refused to use it. I did call front desk and they came to clean it. However, because maybe it was an older room, it still looked dirty. I love the property and the pools, grills, and rooms. Parking got crazy probably because of the holidays and they need to open up the parking spaces for check in open for those that can’t find parking especially at night.

Pools very dirty but not completely the fault of the resort. Lots of people in them all day as it was hot! Lots of bugs, hair and dirt - visible piles of dirt on the bottoms of the pools. Tiles along side of pool showed visible residue and build up. Honestly Lazy River and Pools could use a refresh on their tiles. Otherwise everything was great! Room was clean and comfortable! Would definitely stay again!

I liked my stay here. The room was beautiful and had a nice kitchen. I had a view of a water feature. Only thing I didn’t like was the battery dying on my room’s door. Had to wait outside for half an hour for it to be fixed.

Only two quibbles: the 1 BDR unit has the bedroom facing the walkways--which means lots of noise from other guests traversing the walkways and elevator. Luckily most guests cut it out after 10-11 p.m. Seemed like quite a few family reunions were going on that weekend. Would be much better to have bedrooms facing the ponds away from the walkways. Second, the canned music outside-not needed, and is more annoying than helpful.

We picked WorldMark Indio because of price and to try something different in the area. Note, Indio is at least a 30 minute drive from Palm Desert or Palm Springs. The condo was spacious, clean and had a great view of the lake. The swimming pool was one of my favorites. We wanted to stay an extra night, however, with Coachella starting on Friday, that was not possible. We did fall for the time share pitch, but it paid off. We were told we could get up and leave after 90 minutes no matter where they were in their presentation - and we did. The freebies that came with the presentation were well worth it - dinner gift certificate at a restaurant in Palm Springs (one of the best we have ever been to), Living Zoo entrance and one round of golf at the course on the property. We would definitely return to this resort. I wish we could have stayed longer!

We really enjoyed this place. The unit was large and clean and had everything we needed. The pool was nice and not too busy. The one thing that was really frustrating was the Wi-Fi. It cost us $60 for two devices, and the reception was spotty, and we could only use those two devices unless we wanted to pay another $30 per device.

The resort told us Hotels.com cancelled our res when we arrived. Hotels.com was really good and told us that the res was live and in fact it was the Worldmark Wyndham Indio that had oversold and cancelled us. We asked for a manager who insisted it wasn’t his problem. We insisted that he call his manager. After a long heated discussion he admitted they had bumped us and sold our room to a higher rate. He then suddenly got us our room. Brutal customer service.

My only criticism of the place was the trying to force me to listen to their high pressure sales pitch. They bugged me when I checked in and called twice on my cell and three times in the unit. The unit was huge and the amenities were awesome.

We booked months in advance and the resort called day of reservation to let me know they had over booked and sending us to a run down motel location with 0 of the amenities that the resort has. This was a family summer vacation plan and days later I still havent received a call back from a manager to give an explanation or an apology for the mishap. I would never recommend this resort after this incident.

When we checked in and were leaving, a salesman came from the other side and started selling promotions non-stop. Even when I said I didn't need one, he kept asking why I didn't need one. It was so absurd. Even though my family was waiting outside, he was so rude and kept on nagging me... Even when we got to our room, they called us every day to ask if we had seen the flyers they left under the door. Even when we said we didn't need them, they kept asking what the flyers were about. I don't know if these people are employees of the resort or if they're an outside company, but they ruined our vacation from the first day until the last.

I love the world mark properties for one since I stayed in multiple but this one was the first world mark i ever stayed at. The location was isolated but not hard to find. Plenty of parking which is nice especially if you have a lot to carry. First impressions when walking in was amazing!! Room was bright and modern, felt like i was in a high rise apartment. The rooms were clean and very spacious. I booked the 1 bedroom and it had a pull out bed in the wall plus the sofa so you can sleep a good amount of people. The washer and dryer inside was a plus as well that not many suites have!! The room and all utensils were clean and placed neatly. This resort is good for the young and older audience especially with kids. The lazy river and big pools were so much fun and relaxing. They also have a starbucks and arcade near the pool area! So many amenities like basketball, Tennis, etc make it so you don't have to leave the resort to have fun. Can’t wait to return and for the price this resort can’t be beat!!

The property is beautiful, I loved the little stream and garden areas, they have gorgeous flowers everywhere. We were there for a concert, and the resort was close and convenient. Everyone we encountered that worked there were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, spacious, and had a real coffee maker!! Yay! I totally enjoyed my time here and would recommend it to others.

Absolutely amazing place to stay if you have children. Plenty of amenities for them. Loved that they also had a Starbucks and market on the premises. Could definitely use a restaurant or bar but nothing that would keep my family from going again. WiFi also wasn’t that great but again, will definitely be going back. The full kitchen in every room was also a plus!
